The Swan in Lewes

This is a great pub for a Sunday lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to get an outside table, in their relaxing garden. The roast lunch was presented well, the portions are large and cooked very well. Great value, lovely place, super staff what's more to say.

The pub has a lovely sunny beer garden. Limited selection of beer as it is Harvey's and has a few lagers. Have not tried the food, so I cannot comment on that.

This chicken salad was incredible !You can sit indoor and outdoor.Clean & friendly staff.

Wonderful pub which my family always choose for meeting with friends and birthday lunches. Lovely outside seating of which half works well in the pouring rain too, and delicious cheesy chips! Highly recommend as a Lewes Harvey's pub if you're in a group, but probably best to book ahead as it's quite popular.

Lovely pub with a spacious pub garden. We had a Sunday roast and it was delicious with lots of veggie options - 3! (not in picture.) Though they have walk in tables, I recommend to book ahead to get a guaranteed seat.

Had a great lunch here - fish finger sandwich - before visiting Anne of Cleve's House. It's a Harvey's pub so of course the beer is fantastic

Nice atmosphere, service, and drinks.Food was very underwhelming (everything we had was extremely dry, like hard to swallow dry). I also recommend that you don't arrive too late or many food items won't be available anymore.

Delicious food in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! We had a smoked salmon fillet and the jerk chicken, both off the specials board, and both of which were delicious. Reasonable prices, and good drinks too. Can't fault it!

Nice beer garden, only a few tables free at 16:00 on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Harveys Best was 10/10. Food 10/10. Only 10/15min walk from train station. Top tip book a table.

What a great pub! A friend who lives in Lewes recommend & was spot on! Sunday Roast was the best we've had in a long time or maybe ever in a pub (Beef £14). No surprise they have sittings at 12, 2 & 4 and all are booked! Staff were lovely & bent over backwards to help get us fed! (We had the condiments table!). Cold IPA on tap plus lots of local pumps. An absolute pleasure & will return when next in Lewes!
