Arda Kebab And Fish Bar in Maidstone

Worst service I've ever experienced!!!!Ordered from here 2 weeks ago to receive a part wrong order! Spent 15 minutes on the phone arguing with management to which by this time the food that they did get right was cold. They wouldn't resend me the correct order and demanded that they come and collect the food! Why not just send out the correct order rather than wasting the delivery drivers time collecting uneaten food!! First time ordering from them and certainly won't be ordering from them again! Utterly rude!!!!

This time very poor. Kebab was no way large and burgers were dreadful. Tiny bit of sauce and very little salad.

Been ordering from here for years but it's now going to stop.Food arrived cold, one order was wrong and when I contacted them they were rude and reluctant to replace the order.Eventually they decided to send out a 2nd order which was delivered by the boss who was very rude to us at our door and said the order was hot when left the shop. Maybe it was but depending on how many deliveries the driver had to do it was cold when it arrived. Will not be ordering from here anymore and will tell friends and family to avoid also. Really not a pleasant restaurant.

Can't knock Arda. When I do have a kebab from here they have always been really good. Always recommend to my friends.

Ordered on ubereats, est delivery 8:50pm. Call resturant at 9:50 - your food left 5mins ago. Call resturant at 22:06 - sorry your food left here it is on its way. Call again at 22:42 - all our delivery drivers are back... Not the first to have this experience looking at the google reviews.... I'd avoid ordering from here...

Food has rapidly gone down the drain. Used to be good quality. Chips were greasy and cooked in what tasted like old oil. Sasuages were salty and greasy. Last time I order from here

Excellent kebab, the quality of the meat in the mixed shish was fantastic. Reasonable price and quick to complete the order.

I always went to this kebab shop, good variety of food but the delivery is AWFUL, 2 hours from ordering and it STILL hasn't arrived with kids to feed!!! Won't waste your time unless youre collecting!!!

This place is horrendous, like literally the worse kebab shop you could use. I have no idea how it is even still open. Ordered food and after 2hrs it still hadnt arrived. I gave up on their "it will be 10mins" catchphrase, avoid using unless you have years to wait for food. What an absolute joke.

The worst kebab ever i ordered at 6.30 didn't get it till 8.45 was cold and supper greasy to the point where the pitta and salad was soaking in grease phoned for refund as it was inedible and got nothing but abuse back over the phone wish I could give -5 star disgusting.14.50 for this crud no way is this an xlarge special which is advertised to feed 3 peopleAbsolutely outrageous.
