Worse Mother’s Day lunch ever.We visited here yesterday for a Mother’s Day lunch. Was awful from start to finish. Told we couldn’t have some of the starters we had PRE ordered as they had ran out ?! Frozen toast served with the starters.Two of our party sent their mains back as the beef was gristly.Dessert was okay.Manager not very useful.Really disappointed with what should have been a lovely day.Won’t return don’t waste your money

Staff were super friendly. Drinks were reasonably priced. The noise level was horrendous for a restaurant. The food was average just a slight notch up from wetherspoons.. The roof top bar was small but a nice enviroment. Would I visit again i think that would be a no

Was a good night out went there for my birthday and was not disappointed with the place the staff were very pleasant and the service was 10 star the food was lovely and the atmosphere was wonderful had a brilliant night.

Amazing food and service. Great entertainment. Highly recommend this place. Maidstone and in fact Kent has needed a venue like this for a while.

Shocking customer service, this place has gone downhill massively since I last visited. Table for drinks not reserved despite booking for 20 and spending over £1000 in your restaurant… Bar service painfully slow and then asked to leave for something that wasn’t our fault. I’d pick the herbalist/junipers everyday over this place…

Don’t even want to give it 1 star.Awful customer service and management. Booked three weeks in advance for 20 people and was assured the table for drinks when we got there, dinner and drinks after were all booked. Drinks before was us just standing in the bar after being told to get there 30mins before our table and drinks after dinner was awful as they ‘lost’ paper work that get anything reserved for us.The only good thing was the restaurant because we had to pre order food.When we got up to the bar, no one had a clue what they were doing. We spent a ridiculous amount of money that evening. The bar staff are appalling and the email responses are far from professional or understanding.Will not be returning and don’t advise anyone else to.

Absolutely love this restaurant. But recently disgusted by the level of customer service. I had a table booked for 12 people for a Surprise 30th Birthday on Friday 18th February. Unfortunately we were unable to attend, as I went into labour at 3.30am! A cancellation fee was continously tried to be taken out of my account of £120. I rang and explained and also offered to send my hospital paperwork in. Asked to speak to management and owner, who weren't prepared to talk on this matter and will continue to take the payment anyway. I've visited previously with large groups, and always spent soo much, and it's ashame that a genuine mistake can't be taken into consideration!

Amazing service, amazing food and the drinks are too die for. Its not that overpriced for what you get either. The environment, decor and the roof top terrace bar all amazing. I didn't get the name of our server but she was a supervisor, absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome! Will definitely be back!!

I just wanted to thank you for a fantastic evening at Madison’s on Saturday night.The food was delicious, the entertainment was wonderful, and our servers were absolutely amazing. So attentive and friendly.Peter was brilliant from start to finish, helping me arrange a perfect night out for my work colleagues.Everyone has commented that it’s the best Christmas do we have had within our company. Thank you so much.

Brilliant atmosphere. Excellent service. Peter was very helpful and managed our group well. Food was delicious. Cocktails spot on. Rooftop bar had a good vibe and the new Palms nightclub was good... 80's throwback style!
