Burger King in Maidstone

Tried to pick grab lunch here the other day, and their card reader wouldn't work. The cashier's response "oh yeah, that's been happening a lot today". So i offer to pay with cash. "No sorry we're cashless, you'll have to pay with another card." I explain i don't have another card. She literally just shrugs at me.This cashless fad has gone on long enough, especially now covid rules have been changed, but even then it's beggar's belief that Burger King can't even implement cashless competently.On the plus side, the McDonalds i had instead was delicious.

Place always seems dead and the food and drink choices are never really that clear but I love a chicken Royale ...

I'd recommend a Double Whopper with Cheese. Extremely tasty and not too expensive either.

Good milkshake and burger self service screen not very busy even at lunch time

Just your usual Burger King fast 3outlet but was let down by the girl behind the counter having a very strong Asian accent. Wife and I both struggled to understand what she was saying and took us 3 attempts to place order.

Dined with my nephew and grandsonWhat we ordered on the auto menu was not what we received over the counter.2nd time this has happened at burger Kings Maidstone branch,no wonder its always half empty.not going to that branch again.

The menu keeps getting smaller and smaller, there is nothing left on the menu. Every time I come into to order a milkshake or ice cream they say we don’t have.A long time ago BK used to have so much on its menu and I would bring the whole family regularly to eat but now there is no variety at all.The toilets are always out of order, there is no access for a disabled person to go upstairs as there is no lift and no disabled toilet downstairs.I would like to mention the manager (name starting with Rash) always seems to be shouting at the kitchen staff, very unpleasant to watch as I can see they are working fast as they can.

Quiet so no waiting. Seemed clean. Bullet hole in window was a bit off-putting but otherwise worked as a burger king should.

I take my little boy once a week as a treat and I wouldn't take him anywhere else in town. Always a nice team of people who are helpful and polite and a nice atmosphere. Always clean too. Only criticism is that the toilets arnt working very often! But thanks for everything else

Great service is a very busy location, the staff don't receive great praise, which is unfair... they work hard & do their best..They were brilliant with my elderly mother & although it's only something as simple as carrying her tray to the table... little things like that go a long way in my book...
