Don't use them Food is good but don't deliver on time or answer the phone Shame really

Realised I've ordered to me or my friends for over a year now every month and some times before... this place is amazing and I've never reviewed it. Anything I put in notes like remove something for picky mates or super extra spicy is done for me. Sometimes just eat time is wrong but never by enough to complain. Amazing service, phone service (when order messed up) and delivery drivers.

Absolute shambles. After a long day and not wanting to cook due to personal circumstances, after 3 hours I was told by the staff that my order had been cancelled even though I hadnt cancelled. Staff totally blamed Just Eat but strange enough after I told her that this is her business and their reputation on the line, I get a text from Just Eat to say the restaurant cancelled. They dont care quite honestly. Stay away from this place if you want to eat food the same night you order it. Ridiculous.

The service is abysmal!I would say you have a 50% chance of the food arriving on time, if it arrives at all! Utterly chaotic ordering system, no contact from Chopsticks, then an apology that they're "very busy". The last time it was clear they hadn't even processed the order. The food is fantastic though, but not worth the shoddy service. Get a grip Chopsticks.

poor service miserable staff and smaller portions than usual better value for money at subway. I used to come here 3 days a week after todays portion doubt I will go again

Ordered at 5:10pm from Just Eat where delivery was estimated between 30 to 50 minutes. On acceptance delivery time went up to 1 hour 15 minutes. Was actually delivered in 1 hour 40 minutes.I did try and ring a handful of times but the line was always busy. The Just Eat tracker was never updated and i suddenly just got a knock on the door with the food.I wish i could say it was worth the wait. The noodles and sweet and sour sauce were so watery, and everything was pretty bland. The noodles were piping hot but everything else was barely warm.Usually i like to give places the benefit of the doubt, but given the other reviews i feel this is their standard level of service.

I am not rating based on quality of food but based on delivery. I ordered my food online at 1730 and the option was 1800 so I chosed the earliest time 1800. I know I had to consider +- 15 mins but actually order didn't arrive until 8pm So I had to pick up myself from the restaurant. They are not bothered when you order. They wait minimum order from that area if that doesn't meet you might have to wait longer than that which means they don't care customer at all.

Really good food here, I would say that chopsticks, in Maidstone are one of the best Chinese take aways in Kent. Their food is of a really good standard, wonderful flavours, not too greasy and I would recommend them to anyone. They can get quite busy on a Saturday night, though, so be warned.

Such a shame lovely food but the last two times we have ordered it has been delivered so late like 40 mins after it was expected. It wasn't particularly warm when it arrived either. There excuse both times was that it was really busy it's Saturday night what do they expect when half the country is having a take away! We shall not be ordering from them again.

ordered online through Just Eat- they quoted an hour for delivery - 2 and a half hours later and it still hadn't arrived - several phone calls when they lied about the reason for lateness (car accident, been stopped by the police) and being told it has just left and would be 7 minutes/ later phone call retracted this and said she had got address wrong - it eventually arrived. Food was actually good -although not as hot as it should have been - unfortunately the kids were asleep due to the late delivery - not impressed
