Costa Coffee in Maidstone

As always excellent. Friendly helpful staff, lovely coffee and cake to round up our meal Thursday lunch. Bit quieter than usual, happily.

Asked for the bacon roll deal and a coffee.The guy behind the counter who is always sharp and curt just stared at me as if I was an alien. He charged me the higher price as the coffee was small and no large as it says in the very small print. He should have told me this. Good job I finally questioned him and yet again he was rude !!!I'm not going back there if he's there. He needs real customer service training .If I was that miserable my clients wouldn't come back to me !D Clark

I always head for the Costa neat Maidstone mall - there is always room to sit without waiting and staff always offer to bring coffee to me. This time I bought offers with 50% off for travelling. Bamboo topped lunch box with bamboo fork and drink bottle that will clip onto my rucksac. Plus cutlery pack for when I stay in Travel Lodge and eat iny room. Really useful items-not heavy-attractive and fit for use. Will be using lunchbox+drink bottle when I return home in the week. Store is clean as is toilet and staff friendly and helpful.

Its a Costa coffee and no better or worse than the normal run of the mill. Staff were ok but it was spoilt a bit by an idiot using their WiFi for a business meeting without head phones or separate mic.

None of the staff wear masks despite recent government guidance. Even if catering establishments don't have to, it is selfish. Staff aren't thinking who might have cancer or another serious illness. Why expect customers to wear a mask when staff don't

Should have been awarded 2 beans as used my own cup but was only awarded one. This was the case even after querying the point with staff.

Ham and cheese toasties and Belgian chocolate frostino (without coffee). Absolutely delicious 😋 can't wait to have more chocolate frostinos in summer

Hard to find seats here! But when you do, the coffee is amazing! Yummy cakes and sandwiches. Would be nice to see some healthy treats on the menu and seats on the floor.
