Loved The Toffee Spiced Hot Chocolate Really Nice Big Queue Because There Were Only 3 Members Of Staff They Were In A Rush So Forgot My Grandads and Dad's Tea But Lovely Staff This Is The First Time That I Have Been To This Costa Coffee and The First Time I Had Costa Coffee On The Motorway

Efficient and professional, very well managed, credit to the brand

Obviously more expensive than a standard Costa. A good stock of food items available including a couple of vegan options - I didn't get food but did notice it.It was a busy time and service at the tills was quite slow but the actual barista making our drinks was cracking. He was very genuine, we had a complicated/fussy order, but he was able to have a laugh with us and chat throughout and got our order spot on.

If I want proper flat white - I will NOT GO to Costa as they're "Costa standard" flat white can be great only 4 or 5 times out of 10...other times is just coffee tasting cup of hot milk. (drive trough Costa outlet at this place only rushed to ignore my raised question with "this is Costa standard"...I am coffee enthusiast and do keep coffee makers at home so know how it is dead easy to make proper flat white, latte exc.

A bit expensive but very nice food and coffee. The lady with short dark hair on the till next to Julie who was making the drinks was very friendly and pleasant

For some reason closing at 8 instead of 9 because the motorway was shut, well it wasn't shut and 3 coach loads came in and couldn't sit anywhere...... And McDonald's was still open???

More expensive than other Costas nearby by has a really nice secluded seating area behind the counter to relax

Is it premium Costa restaurant? 30% more expensive than any in London. Shocked.

Reasonably expensive but still good food and drinks. Slow service though.
