Creams Cafe in Maidstone

A friendly place with lovely ambience in a modern designed place. It is ideal for groups of friends or families with babies as well, it has highchairs and baby changing option too.Positive(s):The foods and drinks/shakes (including all of the components) are all fresh and delicious.The portions are fair enough.The staff is friendly.The dining area is clean.Negative(s):The baby changing facility could be cleaner.

Been there a few times in past, enjoyed the food but last visit 22/2/20, I ordered 5 different ice creams or crepes, one for me, bro and nephew and nieces.Girl took my order at the till, put my order down as a Crepes Royale rather than Creams Royale which I wanted, I didn't know the name of the Crepes with strawberry and chocolate drizzle as it's for my niece because she chosed and the girl who took my order got confused which led me to accidentally order chocolate fudge for bro rather the cookie dough gelato and bro asked me if the girl repeated my order, no she didn't. Luckily couple of the staff are very helpful and understanding because of the confusion and gave me the cookie dough gelato but I want too fussed as she got my down as crepes royales than the creams royale.

Went to creams with 3 other adults and a child. Nice and clean, lovely decor, great sweet food. Possibly my new fav place in the world!

Love the Scrumptious desserts, it’s honeslty a brilliant place to have ice-cream on a summer hot day. However, the staff does really need working on. My family and I were trying to have a nice time trying to enjoy our desserts, but we had many eyes on us by the workers. As well as, them laughing loudly with customers when some people were trying to eat. But I rate this a 4/5 because I really do think the food is amazingly well made.

Can be slightly expensive but great food. Some desserts are very large - so be prepared to eat a lot. Menu is full of sweet items to order and I love to come here often. Serving time can be a little slow at times, but staff are reasonably friendly and cafe is very nicely decorated. Would also recommend for birthdays.

Great treats and excellent service!I love the sweet treats served here.I've been to Creams before but this was our first time to the one in Maidstone and we were not disappointed.Not only was the food great, the service was excellent. A young blonde lady in particular was brilliant and tended to our every need.It's not cheap but who cares when you're treating yourself once in a while.Well worth the visit.

The best place for ice cream , pancakes, waffles, staff very nice and always you feel welcome, highly recommend

Awesome experience. My advice would be only to go there if you're hungry , otherwise you won't be able to finish your bowl

Fantastic puddings and some really creative ideas! Only bad thing is that the prices are quite high.

It's perfect in all ways! Orders came super fast and looked great. I went there with my bf and we totally loved it ❤️
