Domino's Pizza in Maidstone

I am absolutely furious, ordered a pizza via the phone from Thomas waited an hour for delivery and called to check where our food was, the employee didn’t put the order through. Thomas puts the order through again and gives us a clarified price, which we got the exact amount of cash out for and tells us it will be 20 minutes by this point it is 10:30, when the order arrived at 11 the delivery man asks for 5 pounds more than why was told of the phone. We had no cash in the house and had got out the exact amount, the delivery driver refused us our food. Honestly a joke and completely incapable, useless staff

Friend who's lactose intolerant wanted a normal mighty meaty just with vegan cheese. Was told it's not possible which is ridiculous. Other option was to order a vegan pizza and add meat toppings which would cost an arm and a leg.

Big thank you to the happy smiling blonde girl Sunday morning, isnt it nice to have warm service!. Yes I remembered to bring a bag for my collection, only 7.99 for collection pizzas.For us dominos still the best, and having lived in medway for a time, you can buy a cheap pizza and still are pretty good. In Maidstone it's not possible all the cheaper places are really rubbish so collection from here wins. Meator is brilliant.Keep up the service. Seya next time.....

Just order pizza : been told off not being able to pick before 11 pm .staff who phone me was so rude and she slammed door , I asked politely is that how you treat or greet to customer she reply that’s what I deserve when I order pizza late but you guys open till 11 I made order 10:37So so so rude staff , need sort those staff first

Pizza doesn’t seems nice. I received different items that I ordered. They keep me waiting outside in the cold for refund until the pizza was freezing cold. And this is what I received 😂😂

One of the worse experience I had. I didn’t even eat it. Delivery was 1.5 hour late. Couldn’t track pizza, it disappeared from screen as if it is already delivered. Had to make a call and tells me 5 more minutes, waited for 15 minutes and made a call says it arrived finally. For god sake who does this to their regular customer.Literally ruined my mood and so annoying.

Very rude staff… my card got declined for unknown reason and she put the phone down on me.. when I call back to try again she told me I’m wasted her 15 min and put phone down on me again.. I’m sorry I’m wasted my 4 hours of shift trying to buy ready pizza from u… NEVER AGAIN!! Domino’s have to pay more to staff to get right people working

I order from this store every couple of weeks, always exceptionally high quality pizzas. Can be expensive so buy the right deals. They have some very good midday lunch deals too. Much easier to order from than any of the other local places thanks to excellent website and app. Usually delivers within an hour, and never have any issues. My choice - stuffed crust, scrummy with BBQ base 😍Recently refurbished inside and looking very snazzy 👍
