Such a lovely experience with great food, fast service and wonderful customer service. Would visit again and recommend highly to anyone in the area. All aspects matched the price.

Pub, bar restaurant. Just had a drink. 2 large G&Ts, £17! Quite busy. Wasn't in there long enough for a thorough review. Nice.

Great service, delicious food and reasonably priced. All in all a fantastic experience. We went with a toddler and it was a grat experience. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable. The kids meal came at the right temperature, I've noticed in other places the food for kids can be too hot but here at market house it was perfect for my little one to get started as soon as she had her food in front of her.Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family to go.

My partner and I held our engagement party at The Market House in the rentable upstairs room last night. The staff were so, so accommodating and created such an amazing space for the party. Hayley worked on the bar for our families for the whole night; she was so patient, professional and kind. The set up was exactly what I wanted and was so beautiful. Thank you so much for everything! I’d 100% recommend holding an intimate event here.

Great Pub with quick service for drinks. Good choice of beers, All the Best Bands in Kent play here and often, can be crowded but all good spirted people.Great music till midnight. Enjoy.

Pulled pork is amazing. Would recommend the loaded chorizo fries. Went back Friday night, great atmosphere with a local band playin. Cod and chips were perfect.

Had the most amazing food here pre England match. Was passing through after touring holiday around Kent. Made to feel so welcome by Claire. She chatted to us and went out her way to ensure we were happy with our food and that the chef made allowances for food allergy. The food was superb. The service was worthy of the highest award! The staff were all so happy to be there, they were jolly, friendly and came across like a big happy family. Just loved it. Recommend to the highest possible degree! Go!

Refreshing pub food; what Market House does is take the concept of eating in at a pub in a different direction and I like it.It feels new, it’s only been a year since it was last refurbed. The restaurant section is humble, comfy, with loads of scatter cushions adorning the seating. The kitchen is visible too, which is cool and uncommon in a pub setting.Service is split between the pub and restaurant, it’s humble and caring. Food was delivered quickly.The food, I thought was bloody brilliant. What a great selection of dishes. Me, being fussy when it comes to choice had lots to tickle the taste buds. Their 5 starters for £22 is a winner and something that more pubs should have. It’s the pub’s equivalent of tapas.All food looked beautiful, well done Shepherd Neame chef. My pick of the dishes was the duck and sweet potato croquet.Refreshing, quality food, excellent value for money. The best pub food in Maidstone town centre.
