Five Guys in Maidstone

It's great food, I'm just not sure the prices are justified. Milkshakes and fries are both delicious.

Tasty Burgers and Fries, Milkshake was Amazing! Staff are extra friendly and helpful. Does cost a premium but well worth it.

Just popped in for a burger and needed the toilet and received such good customer service. The guys were generally friendly, happy and useful.Didn’t get a chance to get the name of the guy who served me but he was lovely!Made my day!

Love me some Five Guys! Recently tried the Lotus Biscoff milkshake, which was DELICIOUS, and a regular cheeseburger which was very juicy and not dry nor tasteless. What I love about Five Guys is when you order their fries, you get a ton of them. More than you can add in the cup it comes in. They just fall to the bottom of the bag. You will for sure feel beyond satisfied once you finish eating.

Nice burger but well overpriced. I had not eaten a five guys burger before . I had looked at the prices and that had put me off . I thought had better try one to check them out . I had bacon cheeseburger and cajun fries . The burger was very nice but over 8 quid ,no way .Take £2 off and that is a reasonable price . My curiosity has been satisfied but definitely won't go back . Not worth it .

Just had my food delivered.... I was nearly speechless when I saw what I've got! Burned, dry food, fries nothing what I was expecting and what they usually serve at the restaurant, some cheap soggy French fries, looks seasoned in a pic but it doesn't taste much or anything close to that spicy seasoning that you get at the counter. Dog and burger is a JOKE, I feel like they been taking a Micky out of me tonight. Food looks like a slop that someone sat on, burned, looks incomplete (burger is missing jalapeños) and just purely DISGUSTING. I'm not eating this S***t sorry and you should be ASHAMED of yourselves because DOGS get served better food than THIS! Disgrace to FIVE GUYS chain

Five stars for Five Guys in Maidstone. Welcoming, friendly staff to start, big thanks for Rogerio to sorting out my orders and recommending from the menu. Amazing burger with fries and all toppings deserved. Must come with jalapeno🍔🌶 . Spotless, clean store, hand sanitizer by the entrance #beatcovid. Good luck Guys, I'll be back😎

Went here for lunch yesterday and it was a great experience. I’ve had bad experiences before in other branches where customer service was non-existent, but the manager here really went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome. The food was amazing, as five guys burgers usually are. Yes it’s expensive, but it’s very tasty, filling and they give you loads of food. Definitely coming here again next time I’m in town!
