Quite simply the best Chinese take away i've ever had anywhere. Massive portions excellent menu choices, catering for us veggies, speedy delivery, excellent value for money. Fresh veg ingredients it was just perfect. It reminded me of how great Chinese food really is and how much i enjoy it when its high standard authentic Chinese cooking with a delightful twist cooked by professionals who know what i want before I even know myself. You can literally taste the pride they put into making my meals enjoyable, tasty and memorable. I'll definitely be ordering from here again. Their tofu dishes are just amazing trust me on that, i cannot stress how delicious they are. I honestly don't think i'll be ordering my Chinese take aways from anywhere else now. Thanks guys. 1000/1000.

Worst Chinese I've ever had meats tough, sauce is watery and no flavour. Arrived cold and sauce dripping out the bag. I wouldn't feed this to my dog

Took our order from the UberEats app.Then two hours later when the food hadn't arrived changed the status to delivered on the app and took their phone off the hook. The app then said the restaurant isn't taking any more orders.We spent a lot of money on this meal. Ordered it early to make sure it was delivered in a timely manner.We also have children and keep them waiting for their food with no contact, well the service is discussing.Very Disappointed and would not recommend.You took our Money and didn't deliver.

If I could've given zero stars then I would have but its not an option. We ignored the poor reviews to take a chance on this but please do not order here. Food never showed up. Rang them twice asked where food was as it was more than 2 hours late, he said another 30 mins at least as they hadn't even started cooking it yet. So I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. They seem to take anything through uber eats yet clearly lack the capacity to fulfil the amount of orders. STAY AWAY.

Like with the other recent reviews, I ordered off Uber Eats and they failed to deliver my order. Phone lines were engaged and couldn’t get through to anyone. I tried to cancel from the app but it wouldn’t let me. Ended up calling up Uber and they cancelled on my behalf.These people are obviously not capable of fulfilling orders, so much infact they don’t use Uber drivers and use their own. Obviously no Uber driver in their right mind would accept a delivery if they have to sit around for 2 hours waiting.

Placed an order through just eat and just over two hours of waiting contacted fortune for them to let us know that our order wasn’t even started. I would suggest that they update their just eat and learn some phone manners.

This is by far the worst Chinese restaurant in Kent. Ordered our food and so much was missing from actual meals to sauces. Waste of money. The food that actually arrived was awful and seemed like old reheated food. Awful!

Despite being very busy tonight, fortune chinese delivered our food piping hot and delicious. After forgetting one of our dishes, they came straight away to deliver that for us and was very apologetic. Highly recommend! Happy new year to the team.

The food isn't bad but it's not the best Chinese I've ever eaten. Chicken balls were good and crispy, the house special chow mein was full of nice chunks of meat and veg and the beef with black bean sauce wasn't bad. However, the free prawn crackers were clearly yesterdays, the prawn toast was a tad soggy and the hot and sour soup really wasn't very spicey at all. If you use their web site to order you might want to ignore the "deliver my food at" option, I put 7.45pm and it arrived at 6.30pm, an hour after the order was placed.

Really bad experience. Nearly 2 hour wait and 2 phone calls later and still no food. Had no choice but to cancel the order but the lady I spoke to didn't seem to care and didn't even offer an apology. Just Eat said that this place was under new management. Well if that's the best service a new management can offer then you can keep it! If you don't have the staff then don't offer a delivery service.
