I'm a fan of greggs but this place has totally put me off, never have i tasted such cold food from greggs, it tasted like it's just come out of the fridge, it was early (around 9am) and was empty. I don't expect it hot but I do expect it st least warm. I'm new to the area and will deffo be avoiding here

bought a stake bake from here before and it was cold when I asked if they could heat it up or I could get a new one they refused I went again today and thought I would give them a second chance but no got another cold chicken bake

Food was stone cold even though it was preheated. Clearly been sitting there a long time but under what looked like heat lights, so wasn't expecting cold food. There was also a fly inside the display case flying on the food. I don't think it's usually like this, might be an off day that we came in on. Either way, it's still the usual Gregg's with good prices.

DISGUSTING! Was really looking forward to a nice Greggs this morning, however as soon as we arrived the manager was directly rude to us for no reason and then food was then served COLD!! Vile!! I definitely will not be visiting the Greggs again.

Exactly what you would expect from a Greggs - food great, hot and well priced. Service was a bit slow due to a big order going in just before ours

A small branch of the chain. Serves a range of snacks, sandwiches, pastries etc Still sells loaves of bread too. Good for a quick breakfast. Does have a small number of seats for eating in.

Product s are good. Vegan sausage rolls are really good. Staff not happy on Saturday. A smile would be nice.

worst Gregg's I've been in.making breakfast baguettes with no gloves on after touching the bins....very rude.no thankyou.rather talk to her sisters kid than serve customers when there is a que out the door.talks to other staff very rudely.she needs sacking

Small store, with long queues, hence the 3 stars.Joshua is a huge redeeming factor in this store (along side the sausage rolls). Joshua is a very polite sales assistant. Feel bad for him though seems overworked... every time I go back in, he is always left on his own, to serve a queue going out of the door. Have tipped before for it, think it was put into charity as he's not allowed to take tips.usually out of stock of everything i want as well. also my friend rob went in there and he saw a fly on the pastries, which was pretty grim to be fair but I don't mine free protein but it's not everyone's cup of tea
