Greggs - The Mall in Maidstone

Love Greg's, who doesn't. Staff very friendly which is nice. The only one thing I could say was little negative was they didn't have a great selection cooked.

Large gregges in the centre of the mall in Maidstone, quite a lot of choice and places to sit down and eat hot or cold , there are toulet in the cafe area aswell . The staff there friendly and helpful but there was a very demanding manager who seemed to be quite rude to her staff and blaming staff was stuff not done in front of customers. Very bad 👎

It was a covient place to go for lunch.vWith reasonable prices.

Appalling service! The staff talk to each other constantly when there’s a huge queue. No care and no one comes from the back to sort the huge queues! Attitude of the staff is simply not good enough.

This branch of Greggs is better than my branch because its busy yet more food is made during rush time.A very well organised branch I must say keep up the great work

Lovely service from Sharron and another lady on Bank Holiday Monday. A yummy Greggs is just what we needed for a busy days work.

I visited your Greggs the other day and left feeling EXTREMELY unsatisfied;1; the sausage roll I had was stone cold and hard all the way through (normally this is how I like sausage but not on this occasion).2. The challenged ginger bloke working behind the counter was extremely rude to me after I asked if the V.A.T (which must be paid for on heated items, eaten inside the restaurant ) included a reach around.3. The very same guy asked me to leave after I asked if his meat would give me special powers.

Better since done up. Go regularly as enjoy a club roll and latte and reasonable prices. Main issue is questions as both take away and eat in have to stand in same question. Not fair on those that are in lunch break and just want a hot sausage roll or those that want to sit and have lunch. Not enough tills or people on them. Why can't you have staff doing orders instead of till staff trying to do all, especially at busy times.

I regularly use this Greggs to get food on my lunch breaks and I would only have positive feed back about the place. Being a vegetarian I’m happy with the options but today the food was all moved around in the cabinet and I didn’t get what I asked for. I got a chicken bake or something instead of a nacho chilli bake which I asked for. I didn’t think to check at first and now I’m not feeling so great. I’d just like to say if you’re moving around the food in the cabinet make sure the staff know what’s what.

Good selection of foods and sandwiches and drinks,hot and cold. Would be nice if certain members of staff served their customers instead of chatting together behind the counter despite a queue building up waiting to be served,at 10am in the morning. Not exactly overun with customers at the time.
