Always good...never had a bad meal, moved too far for delivery so drive to pick up. 😀

Really nice food and arrived early.

Delivery is always prompt and Friendly. The food is scrumptious and well priced. Our favourite take out by a mile.

Inedible, luke warm, oily food but what was even worse was the customer service! I've been using them since April 2006 but NEVER AGAIN!! Our last order was missing items and cold. Today, when giving our order, I explained the previous issue and pleaded for it to be good. It was awful. After it was delivered, I called straight away asking if they were open, as I was happy to return everything in order to get a full refund... but was hung up on!! Called straight back, another member of staff answered, full refund given but then informed I was barred as apparently 'I always complain' and had 'sworn at the member of staff taking my previous call!' 😳. Am known to the Manager (who apparently was out?) and in over 10 years I've NEVER complained before?! Really upsetting tbh

The man on phone was very rude bad customer service. The food was disgusting rice was very dry lamb was very cheeky. I would not recommend anyone buy takeaway from indian ocean

Have been using Indian Ocean for years.Ordered lots of different things from their menu and all have been very tasty. All the food ordered over the phone has always been correct and on time as well. They also offer a discount if you collect in person. Staff are nice and friendly. Would recommend .

Been using this place for 3 months but the past 2 orders have been cold.Called to rectify and they sent a replacement curry with no rice. Waste of my time and money.Better off going elsewhere, poor food and even poorer customer service.

Just had our first takeaway from this indian and cant recommend it highly enough, service quality, time to deliver very quick, courteous staff from phone call to delivery lady and the food.....spot on gorgeous lovely.
