KFC in Maidstone

Place was filthy, tables were dirty and when we asked for something to clean the table the staff were rude and just said we don't have anything and walked away. Bins were full and there was food all over the floor.

Chicken is always soggy and NEVER CRISPY as it should be. Shame staff is not capable of cooking such a simple thing

Very fast service and tasty compared to other KFCs in Maidstone... Strange as it seems you get good ones and bad ones in our experience, this is a good one.

Staff are nice enough but please train them on what to put in the bags as every single time I order they forget something.

I never went here, I used to like KFC but I don't agree with some of their practices with regards to ritual slaughter and appeasement.

McDonald's has a separate section for delivery drivers so that costumers don't get effected but the same can't be said for KFC. If you are hard of hearing, the screen is broken or your small you have no way to know if your order is ready not to mention trying to puck it up when you have 5 drivers standing by the orders windows and are pushing you away if you are there. Basically my food after 15 minutes of waiting ended up on the floor and that's not ok to treat paying costumers like this.

The last 3 times I have ordered from this restaurant on deliveroo, they have not given me my entire order, some of the items are missing. For this to happen 3 times is unacceptable. When I have called the restaurant to ask them to sort this for me they have just told me to contact deliveroo, even though it the restaurant's fault not deliveroo's. They need to do more to help in this situation. I will not be ordering or dining in at this restaurant again.

Food was a little oily and chips was just warm. Had better KFC's being honest.

Waited ages even though only 3 people waiting for orders, cup soft drinks unable to order on screen saying unavailable even though they were working OK so had to have a latte instead that was like warm 😔

Attendant did not understand my order. Gave me 3 piece Col. Meal as opposed to a "bucket for one". I do have an accent but it would make sense to clarify rather than assuming. KFC is a nice brand regardless, hence I'm happy to give a five star but please " to clarify" is quite important. I returned, "clarified" with the gentleman and paid for another meal (bucket meal).
