Possibly the worst takeaway........ again like reviwer before i wish I'd read reviews rather than just eat, arrived 25 mins early than requested Time and it is cold. If you like chicken and onion for a kung po chicken you would be in luck. Had salt n chilli prawns there's more batterer than prawn, portions are very small. I did try calling and explaining I am unhappy they said that's our recipe and hung up.

Food lovely but Ordered hour and half ago and its been saying on way for over 3/4 hour. We only live 5 mins away. Would use again but will collect. Its Ubereats at fault not the restaurant

Wished I’d read the reviews before ordering! Ordered at 6.15pm via Justeats was told food would be here for 7.40 (quite a wait already) which I thought ok. 7.40 came and went at 8pm I tried calling the restaurant but just said the mailbox was full and couldn’t take calls mmm great! Tried to go through Justeats app but that’s as useless as a chocolate teapot and got no where.My phone pinged a message that food was on its way but after another 30 mins nothing had arrived. No idea what was going on couldn’t get through to the shop, Justeats has no communication apart from stupid unhelpful menu/questions that don’t even cover half the problems you have. I’d spend £50 on food and now the app was saying the food had been delivered at 7.40 eh?So in the end we drove to the shop spoke a young woman who had loads of orders to go out on the counter and looked extremely flustered. Surprise my order was sitting in the kitchen so who knows when I would have got it probably tomorrow for breakfast! Terrible, terrible service over 3hours to get our food which we ended up collecting in the end. Please don’t take orders if you can’t keep up with demand, use better drivers and communicate with customers. You’re quick enough to take our money but not provide a good enough service! 👎 Justeats are just as rubbish I’ll be deleting that app as well!

Ordered via Uber eats. Estimated delivery time 21:10-21:30. It’s 22:13 and still not here. Called the restaurant who said the driver had just left, 20 mins later I still had no delivery. This was my first time ordering from here and I will not be ordering again.

2 hours late Food cold Offered £3 refund on £43 order!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Every single time I give these the benefit of the doubt they mess up time and time again. Havent ordered since November 2020 when after 2.5 hours my food still wasn't here so I cancelled the order. Excuses were its being cooked, 20 mins..then to find out it still hadn't been cooked. Ordered today at 7pm... 2 hours later STILL not here, same excuses as last time. I will not be ordering from here again and I would say avoid at all costs unless you have 3 hours to waste waiting for your dinner. Terrible service. AVOID. And you're only getting 1 star as I can't leave zero!

Delivery time OK, and food was hot - satay skewers were as dry as a flip flop, didn't eat them in the end. and rice was just really bland. Chowmien was nice though nevertheless.

Food arrived 30-40 mins after the estimate and was then missing x2 of our dishes! Manager initially said she’d send out another, then rang back 5 mins later to say actually she couldn’t sort out the problem as no drivers. She offered to refund the missing dishes but the whole experience of late and missing food ruined the £50 we’d spent. Bad service, disappointed 👎

Ordered via Uber Eats. The food took over 2 hours to be delivered. Tried contacting the restaurant many times to get an update on the delivery and no one was picking up the phone, then it just said the mailbox was full. The delivery driver never apologised. Wouldn't recommend

Ordered from here tonight at 7:00pm and our food was meant to be with us by 8:15pm. At 9:00pm the food still wasn't here. My partner rang the restaurant and the girl on the phone was nice and very apologetic and said it was the next order leaving and it will be with us by 9:15pm. At 9:40 it still wasn't here so we rang up again, the girl on the phone was shocked as it left the restaurant just gone 9:00pm. We wanted to cancel but she got hold of the driver who said he's nearly here so they wanted us to hold on and wait. The driver finally turned up at 9.50pm (2 hours 50 mins) later! And didn't event apologise for the delay. Food was cold and didn't enjoy it. Will not be ordering again!
