Worse place to go ever ordered my food at 9 they close at 10 they accepted it and took my money off me than apparently delivered it but must of been wrong number or more likely they lied about delivering it cause of time when I live 5 mins up road. than refused to refund me my money back. After working 13hour shift in nhs this serve is appalling serve

Absolutely Shocking waited 2 hrs for my Pizza after trying to contact them and live chat through website. When it turned up all was stone cold and the order was wrong. When I eventually got through to them they said they would collect and refund. I've tried emailing and and phoning only for them to say not there problem contact website and put the phone down on me. If you're too busy and can't cope don't take peoples orders!

This has gone downhill. Used to be great. Now it’s not value for money at all and service is awful. Used them twice in a few weeks. First time forgot two lots of chips. Only ordered 2 x kebab and chips so half order missing. Thought I’d give another chance so did a phone through order. The man on the phone was SO RUDE!! no customer service at all and overcharged. Food was cold when it arrived and not much of it. I will be going further afield in future. Rather pay more delivery and get a better service.

This place gives the best for your money! You get what you order! Extra cheese and all the trimmings are why I choose this place. They cover the pizzas in toppings and they are delicious!

If i could give no stars I would. The food was late, cold and I also had missing items no apology just said we will get it sent out. I would recommend not going there unless you are collecting your order.

We have used these for years on and off but recently they have gone even further downhill then normal 😂 food turned up stone cold after waiting over a hour so made the call got normal response from them on phone “we will make it up to you next time etc” managed to get replacement food delivered which took a further hour since call when it arrived could tell it’s been thrown together and was Luke warm! Didn’t bother ringing have just decided never to use them again and make others aware of how bad they are! Also found my lamb to be raw in middle 👍🏼

You do not get what is stated on website, kids pizza meal doesn't come with chips or drink and no 10 per cent discount on collection. Donor overcooked and dry and the lamb shish totally inedible and is just peices of grizzle. Would definitely avoid and we will not be returning.

Wow how rude are you? And by all accounts your the Manager/owner? After reading the reviews on FB I’m not surprised and won’t be returning. Food was just as disgusting. Worth driving a little further down London road in the future where the services is always excellent and the food is outstanding.

I do phone up to order 3 chiken wraps .it was my husband to get it. but it just get 2 in the bag. Than how can you eat the chic wrap with that many dry meat ???? Too dry. .....
