I was delighted with my food 🍱. It was hot, flavoursome and delicious! I highly recommend their food…😋

Unfortunately very poor. Bit reluctant to post negative reviews, but you have to raise your game. Watery, sweet and no taste.

I didn't know you have to order by phone because of the sink hole, blocking the road that the lotus house sits in. But they still served me,which is great customer service and they were very friendly. The food was delicious, we've never been let down by them. Well worth investing your penny's in.

Don’t bother so unhelpful and it’s never their fault. the last two orders we’ve had from here has had things missing, when we rung and spoke to them they said “there’s two different dishes the same kind of name” well maybe next time someone asks for one of those dishes ask which one. How are you meant to eat a meal that’s meant to have rice with no rice.

Very nice chinese and great customer service. Placed an order, and due to a miscommunication we recieved the wrong items, I called back and they very promptly sorted it. Would highly recommend. Hope you all have a good 2021.

It's probably the best Chinese takeaway in the area, but that's not saying much as they are all pretty poor. I stay away from the dishes in sauces here as they tend not to taste too good, sweet and sour is a safe option but even then I find its such a small amount of sauce it vanishes into the rice leaving the experience dry and disappointing, I'm sticking to the chicken balls from now on.

Not so much beef fried rice as spot the rice in the beef: a very generous amount of beef that just kept coming and witn more than just a decoration of peas, I felt I almost hit my food macro target with this meal. Could've done with some soy in it though

If I could give this takeaway a 0 I would. It was the most bland unappealing takeaway we have ever had. It was truly awful. It was missing items. No taste or flavour in any of the dishes ordered. No salt or flavour. "Crispy" duck was not crispy on any way and tasted off. Avoid at all costs..do not waste your money.
