McDonald's in Maidstone

Definitely not fast food, other customers getting their orders before ours. When asked why, server was rude. Should have gone to a cafe would have been quicker.

Neither the driver or restaurant wasn't to answer their phone as they are wrong. Meaning you can't fix what ever mess they've made with your delivery.

VERY BUSY, VERY SLOW I've bit been here and had a good service experience.

Lol laughing stock. New manerger needed new staff needed too, no customer service skills at all not polite at all rude as hell. The burgers and fries on the saver's menu are really cheap

Very warm eatery. The staff were very friendly. As usual, The Burger 🍔 and coffee ☕ were amazing

All staff members are only too happy to help me out with collecting my order and helping me locate a table that would mean that my wheelchair is not going to be in the way of anyone. They're also very quick to fix any issues with the order or if my daughter has spilled ketchup on the floor (which is a regular occurrence)My only very minor complaint would be that they should have wheelchair user friendly tables that are slightly higher than the normal table heights so that I don't have to lean over my legs/lap to reach my food and would be much more comfortable to have a table that my legs could fit underneath it.(They have such tables in KFC so I know that its possible)But apart from that I've always had a very good experience there.

Shameful staff acting like police. Abusive and bullish. The tough guy act shouldn't be used on members of the public lied about Mcdonald's policies and procedures and then progressed to try and antagonise a situation. I have attached a picture as Mcdonalds just brush the complaint I made under the carpet! OUTRAGEOUS.
