Mexigo in Maidstone

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Ordered some food and a couple of drinks. Was given the wrong order, so called the restaurant and they came to collect the food about 15 minutes later, told us it would be another 20 mins to get our order as it went back to the restaurant. Finally turned up with our freezing cold food and drinks missing. No compensation, or even an apology for the mixup. Absolutely disgusting service!

Tasty food, we order food from Mexigo every now and then. Burritos are good and decent size, full of flavour. The potato skins are also great. Their food tastes like it is actually made of good quality products.

Make sure you over order because you will be missing food from your delivery.Either their delivery driver gets hungry en route and had a little snack in the hope they can get away with it, or they are very forgetful.3 orders and 3 times we've had to call to to report missing items!

Food (quesadillas and ceviche) was OK but not the standard I expect from a restaurant/food establishment. Others in my party were happy with their burritos and burgers though

Ordered this from here to try something new and had food poisoning . Rang up the restaurant and the person answering was exteremely rude and hung up on me and also refused to give me a refund. Avoid!

I ordered with their app and received a 10% discount on Saturday night at 7 pm for a local collection. The app said 40 minutes, and we arrived in half an hour.We received a friendly welcome, waited 5 minutes for the food, paid with a card, and were given two cans of coke for free.The food is plentiful and tasty, a slight spice but nothing blasting. The fries had a surprising sweet and salty taste, which complimented the savoury 18-inch buritrito with chipolte chicken, with extra sour cream and guacamole on the side.I highly recommend them.

Friday means a Mexico order! Love this place, they cater for vegans so well with this vegan burrito, fries and onion rings. Deffo give it a try!

Ordered today and was absolutely rancid have never tasted something so vile in all my life the order was late to begin with and the chicken wings were hard and chewy. The burrito bowl was cold and had no effort put in whatsoever will not be ordering from this place again.

We went to the shop last night and ordered as we didn’t want to wait for hours for it to be delivered.Unfortunately we were all up at 4 am with food poisoning and are still suffering more than 24 hours later.Environmental health have been made aware as we have been so ill, they will be investigating.I am sure that we will not be the only ones that have been affected?We will not be going back now if their hygiene is that bad in such a critical climate.It doesn’t help that all of the delivery drivers just come and go in the kitchen as they please? This is not hygienic at all.Very disappointed as we really liked their food, but this has really put us off now.I hope that they get scrutinised by Environmental health as this is not something to be taken lightly.

I've had my fair share of Mexican food from other chains, the burrito being mine and I'm sure other's, favourite meal to purchase. I was certainly not disappointed, the burrito I ordered was simply amazing! The staff were friendly and attentive, for example, where other chains simple have meat floating in heated brine or sauce, my steak was freshly cooked, even asking how I'd like it done, that is proper service down to a 't'. All the other components of my food tasted fresh, the burrito was served hot (the best kind of burrito) and given it was no bigger then other burritos, it filled me up far more because they were not stingy with the meat, at all!... Baring in mind they also sell 'mega burritos', of which I'm very tempted.All in all, go try it out, the Maidstone branch in particular, you won't be disappointed.PS: Their marketing made me chuckle, check out the photo attached.
