Cakes and muffins are good with tea. However the staffs need to be more attentive and keep an eye on the table where customer just left. Tables were left with rubbish around and not clean.

Not usually one to leave bad reviews, I can deal with premium prices in a prime location where there are no nearby shops but the park toilets are currently experiencing issues. I came to the cafe to ask politely to use theirs and had the woman jump down my throat about how its a private enterprise and I need to be a paying customer to use the facilities. Usually I am quite understanding but it seems they have infact locked the toilets to take advantage of the situation as for the last 6 years I have never had to enter a pin number on the door to access the toilets.I am 18 weeks pregnant and did not appreciate this. Either way I payed the premium to gain access to the toilets but will be avoiding using the cafe in the future due to this.

The way this Caffe is set out is a little strange as there are two separate… um… Cafes? Well at least it seems so. Well the other one is the ice-cream counter. I really feel they the way it is set out is very Haphazard. We only had tea and cake. The cakes of which we ordered 4 different types were either dry or super sweet. None of them you could distinctively distinguish the flavour. The one tasted like a dryer or sweeter version of the next. The coffees were produced by a button pusher (vending machine esque)I saw a portion of chicken nuggets and chips (what an imaginative and healthy idea) the poor children were literally swimming in the quantity. The cold drinks were not cold and a choice that would deserve a (scarcastic) big whoopee!Although this is one of the better cafés I have seen at a park the quality of the food and service could do with an overhaul and brought forward a few decades.

Great place for a quick snack, they do hot and cold food. Nothing fancy, just simple honest food.

You can get duck food here as you are not allowed to feed the ducks bread.

Very slow to serve. Ordered Cheesy chips for me and a ham sandwich for my son. Was told it would be 10 mins it took 50 mins and when the chips were ready they had no cheese on the chips were rubbery. You need to manage your customers expectations had I been told it would have been 50 mins then I would have gone home. As a result my son didn't eat his sandwich as was overtired and need his nap. Next time we will avoid
