New China Town in Maidstone

We’ve been using this Chinese for the past 15 years or so and always have had nice food but tonight we ordered and the food tasted completely different,not nice at all so much do I called them to be told they’ve changed the chef and staff,such a shame coz now we’ll have to find a different Chinese!

I have been ordering from here for best part of 10 years but Dont get me wrong the food is awesome but service sucks.... this evening I placed an order giving then 2 hours to deliver on time seeing as past 2 was over an hour late and it still turns up over 20 minutes late tbh magic wok makes exceptional food and it turns up on time albeit maybe £1 extra but you don't have to worry what time its coming 9 times out of 10 they call to let you know...... My advice order magic wok and get deliveries and great food on time ladies and gents truly disappointed

I would say food is lovely here but the customer service is poor.We made an order today ,an hour ago when we called them they completely forget our order . It’s really bad service . Unfortunately, this is our second time our order been completely forget.First one was nearly 2 hour.

I don't often share negative reviews but I think this restaurant is deserving of one to ensure that it makes the necessary changes. It was my wife's birthday and I had ordered some food for the family to celebrate. I specifically gave them a hint that it was my wife's birthday, and yet the food sent (the beef in black beans sauce to be specific) had gone off. It smelt disgusting, and we couldn't eat it at all. It ruined our experience and celebration. Furthermore, this wasn't the first time this has happened. A few months ago, the Salt and Pepper spare ribs I ordered with my food had also gone off, but I thought it was a one off then! This is obviously something they do regularly and I hope it changes before someone gets seriously ill. With that said, I ordered some food from there the other day, and it was fine. I don't think I will be ordering from there anymore, and I hope they make the changes needed for all.

One of the worst takeaway shops I have ever seen in Maidstone. I would like to suggest to everyone, do not order foods from this shop. I had ordered food from this takeaway but they made me wait 2 and half hour and when I asked them to discount but they started to argue with me. Their service is disgusting for customers which is not good for customers. I never saw this kind of people so disgusting.

Always get my Chinese takeaway from here. I have not had a bad takeaway from them yet, where as other places I've tried have been hit and miss. Not sat in their restaurant part so not sure what that is like.

Not the best Chinese food I've ever eaten BUT a million miles from the worst I've had. Simple, cheap, cheerful and very polite/friendly. Would I eat there again? Yes I would.

Food is excellent. Staff are super friendly. Sometimes delivery can take a while, but the food is always cooked to perfection and still piping hot when it arrives.Can't fault this place.
