Premier Inn Restaurant in Maidstone

Absolutely brilliant hotel! Staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much bother. They went out their way to make you happy! Rooms were very clean! And comfortable! And food was very tasty! I really enjoyed my stay here. And have come back to London feeling happy and refreshed.

The customer service shown in the restaurant this evening from a lovely lady called Nicky was beyond exceptional. It is rare to find people that go above and beyond to give the best customer experience possible. Thank you for making all feel valued this evening Nicky and if you are ever looking for a job come find me. :)

I have just spent two nights here, lovely clean hotel. Food was more than adequate and Anna G in the restaurant was ever so welcoming, she took the time to have a chat and check back that I was happy. Even though near a road, the hotel room was quiet.

Friendly helpful staff and great location to walk into the town.Quiet and clean rooms.Reception area was really dirty on the floor, lots of spilt liquid?Breakfast was really busy so the choice was limited as items had run out and what was left was quite cold so this was disappointing. Good coffee though.Overall a couple of minor disappointments but a good stay.

Waited ages to be booked in, then i ordered a burger that was cold in the middle. I returned it uneaten and they never bothered to replace it like they promised. So i left and drove home as everywhere local to eat was now closed. Was like Faulty Towers...One poor guy doing booking in, bedding, waiter and bar (He was actually trying his best) think his name was Miguel. But if given the option again i'd drive home.

An absolute bargain for a night right next to Maidstone town centre. The beds are comfortable (mine did have a big dip in it at the bottom so the mattresses might be a little old now, but still comfy), there are extra pillows for the bed which is a bonus too! The rooms are quiet; we didn't really hear anything going on outside or in other rooms.Plenty space and everything you need!Parking is really easy, the car park was pretty much empty on a Friday afternoon in half term. Pay on exit, either on the app or the machine by the hotel.The heating/ air con in the room is really loud, wouldn't have been able to sleep with it switched on, which could be a problem if it'a really hot in the summer since the windows don't open.Also if you're planning on hooking something up to the TV, only 1 of the 4 HDMI ports at our desk / in the TV worked. So make sure you try each one before you give up!

Had to stay here in an emergency and it was easy to check in and park. The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean and everything you needed for a night was available. Not too noisy and you felt safe. There were plenty of shops nearby and an onsite restaurant and bar if that's something you wanted.

Fantastic stay, the staff go above and beyond for you, Adele, Tony and amy were fantastic from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. Nothing was to much trouble at all especially at busy times. Definitely recommend and will return in the future

This hotel is fab, lovely helpful staff and gorgeous food.Also very well situated for Maidstone and plenty of things around.A well stocked menu, we thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had and it was lovely to have air conditioning too.Will definitely be staying again

Lovely clean hotel, albeit rooms a little dated. Very handy location for Maidstone West station - but not so much Maidstone East, as I discovered the hard way! Staff were welcoming and the room itself was a nice size. Bathroom smelt damp and the light above the shower didn’t work, however the main bedroom area was perfect with a good TV and desk. Cheap and cheerful - but perfect for what I needed
