We went to Prezzo as a school trip to provide children with the experience of dining out in a restaurant. We brought 10 children over 3 days and the staff could not have been more accommodating of us! They were all so enthusiastic, kind and so patient with the children when they were ordering or asking for anything during our visit. Molly was absolutely fantastic and really looked after us, making sure the children all had an absolutely wonderful time. I can’t speak any more highly of our experience. The food was delicious, great value and portion sizes and there were lots of empty plates!Thank you so much! We will definitely be back.

We had an early Mother's Day celebration at Prezzo in Maidstone this evening. It was a very enjoyable experience. The food was excellent, staff friendly and efficient, service timely. Special mention for our waitress Petya, she was BRILLIANT.

Went for my daughters birthday. Whilst we can't fault the food, the service for drinks was slow. There were 20 of us so we expected service for food to be slower than normal. At the end of the meal we were told we could not pay in cash so I had to pay the bill in full and get the money off each person, this meant having to work out each person's individual amount. When doing this we noticed a £51 service charge added on to the bill. If I had seen it efire I'd paid I would have asked for it to be removed. Even though it was a Friday night we were told we could not use the blue light card despite them advertising they take it Monday to Friday. Like I said the food was delicious but be prepared for an expensive bill. And keep your eyes open for the service charge.

Lunch time visit. Lovely warm welcome Great service and lovely food. Chilled out experience. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately didn't catch her name!!

Unfortunately, not a very good experience. The calamari had a very nasty old fish after taste, the ravioli were not properly cooked and the filling could've been of anything, didn't taste like anything specific. The pizza had toppings of very poor quality and definitely not fresh. The restaurant could be much better if the owner decided to have good quality food, but that's not the case. And if the ingredients are not good, then there is nothing you can do to fix it.

Food was good, could have been hotter but the staff especially Paul made the evening great. His friendly personality really made a difference so nice when the staff are friendly. Danelle our waitress was really helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. Staff like these are an asset.

We booked a table for 2 on a Friday evening. Service was OK. Food was just a complete different story. Getting your pizza and pasta literally 5 minutes after ordering is a textbook red flag... Shrimps were frozen, the chicken on the pizza was precooked, the pepperoni had a sausage aftertaste... The chef must surely hate his/her job.Overpriced meals with cheap ingredients and 0% love.I cannot bear the thought of an Italian person eating in this restaurant... It's just too painful

We had a table booking for 2 people 6pm yesterday evening. We were seen to our table and that’s where we were left for 40 minutes. The waitress then come over and took our order for drinks and food.Another table of 4 and then table for 2 arrived. We continued to wait, only to see the table of 4 were then given their meals and drinks before our drinks and starters arrived. When our starters finally arrived we still had not been given our drinks, so we asked for them again. Where we were told “sorry there is a back log at the bar”It turns out everyone who had arrived after us all had their drinks and meals delivered before us. The table next to us who were there before us didn’t have their food or drinks.Let’s just say service was appalling, the food when it eventually arrived was very nice. When we asked for the Bill, we checked it and it’s was incorrect. Once this was sorted we then tried to pay the card machines were not working! We asked if we could pay cash and was told no. There we stood at the end of the bar along with others waiting for the manager to finish his phone call to tech support. We left giving the waitress the cash for our meals, there was only so much waiting we could do for one evening!Sadly we will not be returning, not when general service is so poor.

Took the family today, got to be honest the kids were not on their best behaviour but the staff were so kind and helpful. The kids menu has such good choice. the staff were prompt with the needed wine. Great value for money. The food was tasty. Can not go wrong with the Mozzeralla. Will return soon. Thank you
