Starbucks in Maidstone

I like Starbucks in general, but not in this place. not very intimate, loud, dirty tables

This starbucks is probably the best one I've ever been to. Its really big and bright. With toilets upstairs and a rentable room.There is also a small smoking area outside.The staff are friendly, the vanilla, chocolate etc powders are always stocked and out.There is a large selection of savoury and sweet things to eat. I often go to the one in Maidstone and a few in Canterbury and for some reason the Maidstone one always tests nicer and less watery.Downstairs there isnt an awful lot of seating but sitting upstairs is quite quiet and nice. (Good place to get work done or catch up with a friend). The tables are low down and the door is quite hard to open! But very nice and clean.

It is a little expensive. A bit dull no atmosphere .and air con was on making it a bit chilly.

Pleasant place to get a coffee and a lunch. Prices aren't too bad. There is a nice variety on the menu. I will definitely be returning for coffees.

Good place nice staff a bit to pricey but i would come back for a frapuccino

Sadly my Mocha did not taste of anything at all? My daughter's hot chocolate was sugary milk?Both had so much cream dumped on top that the drinks were cold in minutes...the choc chip cookie only tasted of butter?plus no toilet roll.A very nice lemon muffin though!All this for a toppy £11.50.Not a visit that I wish to explore again!

Go in the early eve. Closes 7.30. Staff are nice and at this time it's mellow music and not crowded gym bunny's n screaming kids...

Coffees were well made and better than other Starbucks I've used. The paninis were fine. The service was friendly. But the place was untidy with many dirty tables. There were two guys working in the cafe but it wasn't that busy when we got there. Maybe they'd had a busy lunchtime and hadn't caught up but given the hygiene standards, I would look elsewhere next time.

I found this Starbucks to be very spacious, and for seating I was spoilt for choice. They have comfortable armchairs inside as well as seating available for smokers outside. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. I thought the temperature and the music were just at the right level. I felts very welcome here, and my Americano with caramel syrup was nice and hot, definitely a 5 star Starbucks 💫 🌟

Where should I start? Usually, I quite like Starbucks. Not in a hardcore fan kind of way but it's usually very pleasant.This one is, in a word - grim. The staff member didn't get my order right. I told them 3 times while ordering. In fairness, looks like he was new and training but it was only 2 of the same drink!When getting to the other end to explain that the order is wrong (no receipt given), they tipped it into the sink very abruptly, then slammed the mug down.The cleanliness of the store was pretty shocking, see pics. I've never been to a Starbucks so run down and dirty! The chairs were stained, never seen this before. I have a greater appreciation for the nicer ones now!#starbucks #badservice #unclean
