Sun Kee in Maidstone

Never had a problem here but tonight it was ment to be a 40 minute wait but was over an hour and turned up cold. No offer of refund so it went In the bin….

Wow. How do you get Chinese food this wrong? What happened to this place, used to be awesome. The sauce is supposed to be sweet & sour to go with the chicken balls, everything else is just so far below expectations. I'm not fussy but this is going in the bin.

Second time using last night. Horrible vinegar taste to batter. Stale prawns which we think has made us feel ill. Chips very stale, most of the food very clearly reheated. Won't use again.

AVOID - I have regularly used this takeaway and was delighted when they offered delivery. Food is normally very tasty and piping hot.Last night we ordered online 8.10 and had a long wait, only for it to be inedible! Instantly at 9.30 I cooked a dinner as we were all hungry and telephoned @ 9.55 but was closed; so emailed.Was astonished by the response; dire customer service!! I shall in future take my custom elsewhere.

We hadn't had any Chinese food for ages and tried Sun Kee a week ago, and we were delighted with the taste and quality of their food. They even came to Staplehurst to deliver the order on my doorstep. Thank you!

Never had problems before.The last time I ordered their chilli beef made me Ill. Thought it was maybe a bad batch so I ordered again,Tonight I ordered and the chilli beef was horrible, tasteless and all chewy like it's been heated up from a couple of days ago.Been a customer here for a while but not going to bother with here anymore.

First time new years eve ,helpful staff ,great food all the family enjoyed it oh very nice,i collected myself covid_19 2m masks all good. yes we would eat from there again

Was ok first couple of times then started to go down hill fast, I was ordering 5 dishes every other Saturday and every time they were saying it would be ready in 10 minutes ? Once received dishes there was no taste and just a reheated sensation, quite suspicious every time they fetched your food from behind the door they were so secretive about it.To be honest I would avoid this Chinese because they are not selling fresh food just reheated food, this Chinese is a con stay away.I have no reason to lie about this restaurant as stated the first couple of times was nice.Regards.

First time using them so very unhappy to find hairs in our food. Too late to receive replacement food so now going without dinner. Also unhappy as the only way to get a refund is to pack all food away and return to them myself after 6pm tomorrow. Absolute joke! A real shame as the food was lovely.

Chinese take away that serves fantastic, good quality food. Delivery is available within a restricted radius then a small charge is levied which makes sense to me. Good level access with free parking to the rear of the parade of shops.Highly recommend, not my most local chinese but its worth the effort of another 5 mins in the car.
