Beautiful building, fantastic staff, really attentive. We were even greeted outside and helped to find parking. This location is idyllic and remote, so don't expect a large car park. But it offers a large open fire, great food (Roast Chicken stuffed with Cranberry and Brie, wrapped in Bacon, with Mashed Potato beans and a Mushroom and Cream sauce). This venue has a stunning interior, steeped in history.Excellent value for money too.Would thoroughly recommend!

We try to go out every Sunday for lunch. I can whole heartedly say the Kings Arms outshines everywhere else we have been. The beef was that good it almost melted in your mouth. I will definitely be going back

Lovely pub with one of the best roast dinners I've ever had. Starter was delicious and dessert was yummy. Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Lovely atmosphere on a cold Sunday with fire going. Will definitely be back soon

Really nice pub, food was great, staff super helpful and attentive, dogs allowed inside and were made a fuss of, everyone enjoyed their meal πŸ™‚ *photo of sticky toffee pudding

A cosy, half timbered, traditional village pub. I have had several meals there and have not been disappointed. Just the place for a dark winter's night and the garden is good for sunnier times. Parking can be a problem at times as they only have a handful of spaces and those around the green opposite fill up quickly.

Lovely pub with a large garden with children's play equipment. Staff were friendly and efficient, good stock of Fentamen's tonic for your G&T. The food however lacked seasoning and the chilli sauce on my burrito bowl wasn't in the least spicy and my rice was sitting in a puddle of water. The burger that my partner had was on the dry side, whether due to low fat content or over-cooking I'm not sure. Food quality has definitely gone downhill since our pre-pandemic visit, hopefully it will improve.

A real lovely independent pub with great friendly staff & lovely food that's just that little bit more special. Have been going to the King's Arms on & off for years now so it's definitely good to be back after everything that's gone on.

We had an amazing evening celebrating a birthday here. The food was beautiful and service was great! - they couldn't do enough for us. It was definitely worth the price and I would definitely go again.
