The Marble Lounge in Maidstone

A fun spot to stop in for a tasty dessert. Friendly staff, a quirky interior and music going make for a good time. We had a full waffle with ice cream which is HUGE! We had enough to take a bit away. We had the Biscoff and it was loaded and super tasty - they're not shy with the toppings which is great to see and feels like good value for money. It would be 5* but unfortunately the interior is desperately in need of refreshing, it's literally falling apart!

The waffles are great but it's so disgustingly dirty inside. The chairs are stained and the floor was filthy. The staff were on their phones and chatting in a group when they should have been making orders. Garden was closed when we went unfortunately, which is a shame as the garden is much nicer than the inside.

I would really recommend Marble Lounge, a very pleasant young lady called Alyssa served me, a true team member, working away and represents one of the highest levels of customer service, I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend her to make your waffle. I had Alyssa decide on what worked best for my create your own waffle. As I just couldn’t decide as too much choice. Alyssa set to work on creating the best waffle I’ve ever had. It went down a treat, every mouthful was delicious. I will definitely be back 😋. Xx

This place is literally a hidden gem! I can't believe how lovely the staff are, and the owners are so friendly and welcoming. It's one of those places that feel homely and you want to keep going back!I even held my engagement party here and they were all so supportive and met every need. I can't recommend this place enough! I love it!!HIDDEN GEM!

For little gathering this place is brilliant, stuff are friendly & helpful. I hope they will make kiddies portions cause I find it way too large some of their food specially the waffles.

First time coming in to marble lounge on Wednesday with my family. We were greeted by the friendly Maria and Cizil. Very delicious waffles and a lovely presentation. Milkshakes were thick and creamy. The girls entertained our young children and offered them some lolly pops which they loved! Beautiful place and definitely recommend for families. Good job girls looking forward to come back again.

I came in with the kids last Sunday and they had such a wonderful time! i ordered 3 delicious milkshakes served by Fleur who was so lovely and friendly and kindly gave my youngest a lollipop after he had a tantrum. definitely visiting again! such a family friendly place :)

Well designed place with excellent milkshakes. The staff were very welcoming and there was great customer service particularly from India and Fleur! I also highly recommend coming here at night time for cocktails in the garden as there is a great atmosphere, lovely setting and quick service!

I went to marble lounge last week to grab a milkshake and crepe with the girls. Our server James was excellent and very sweet. Our food arrived very promptly and it was of a great standard - delicious! Would definitely recommend
