The Park Gate Inn Restaurant in Maidstone

Fantastic meal on a Monday evening (11/4/22). The welcome was warm, the service was prompt, and the food was delicious. All 6 of us were very happy with our meal. The Steak was cooked perfectly, the Pork belly was succulent, the Schnitzel was superb, and the fish & chips was delicious. Good ale too. Very well done to all at The Park Gate Inn.

Had a wonderful meal at the Park Gate Inn last night. We were celebrating 2 birthdays with friends.Amber was our waitress. She was friendly, patient and super efficient in her service. Thank you Amber!The meal was delicious. I had lasagne, followed by sticky toffee pudding. It was all very tasty, and plenty of it. I would highly recommend Park Gate Inn to anyone looking for good food and great service in a lovely venue.

Meal for two1. Fish and triple cooked chips2. Gammon and triple cooked chips.Our waitress was very professional and polite. But the food really did not shout out as like many of the reviews read prior to our visit. The fish was swimming in greese and the chips on both dinners were of the same. Both dinners were of very poor quality and were both uneaten. We paid our bill and left remaining hungry. Shame as the pictures of their web meals look great.

Had a good evening meal with friends. Beef bourguignon. Highly recommend. Nice place with a great atmosphere.

Have eaten here numerous times in the past but haven't been since the pandemic. Still great food and exceptional service. Would definitely recommend for any occasion but would need to book as it still seems as popular as ever. Well done Park Gate Inn for maintaining standards.

I have passed this place a few times & always wanted to try it as it looks so inviting. We popped in for late lunch (booked online same morning). We were greeted immediately and shown to our table. Staff very efficient & friendly. Food was delicious, well cooked and presented. Very nice experience, would come again.

Good food and decent service. The inside of the pub is nice too. Didn't see a pub cat like they used to have years ago!

The food here is of really good quality and the staff very accommodating. For instance we where seated next to a couple with a whiny dog ( I don't take my dog to restaurants because she behaves like that), and they very kindly got us another table with minimum fuss away from the said whingeing mutt. The food is a very reasonable price and I feel safe in there covid wise as the tables have lots of space around them. All in all its reasonably priced.

Called in on the off chance on a return journey locally. A nice warm welcome and found a table. The dining room is large but nicely broken down into smaller areas, good decor. Familiar with this chain but find there is plenty of choice. Food was hot and we'll presented and believe it was the Manager who served us was very pleasant. The dining area got busy and it appeared many were regulars which is understandable. A very good visit and would definitely come again if in area

A really lovely lunch in the sunshine today. Food was home cooked and we enjoyed our meals of house burger, chicken pie and lasagne. Very friendly staff and well do e to the servers who worked hard in the sun today.....highly recommended their flower pot desert !!!
