Came here for Easter for the set menu for £19.99, very good value for money, all courses were faultless. Our server was very professional, very well mannered.

Had a lovely extended family meal to celebrate an 80th birthday. A very good atmosphere along with the good service provided. Made to feel very welcome by our waitress Mel who was friendly and always close by for any requests, drink top ups etc. This is one of the better Harvesters to visit in our opinion.

The food was okay exactly what we expected, the service was good. However they need to do more frequent checks in the bathrooms , no soap or way to dry hands in the gents and downright disgusting and dirty in the womens. Unfortunately the staff have no control over dirty customers but part of the service should be to regularly check fir the rest of us

Absolutely amazing! Went for dinner here tonight and I can honestly say it was one of the best meals that Ive ever had in this country. Meat was cooked perfectly, portion sizes spot on, waitress was brilliant! Fast service! Not a single fault found. Highly recommend!

BREAKFAST: Total cost for two breakfast £22.95. 1 Unlimited with steak and 1 Unlimited without steak plus two coffees. 9am start.Informed no pancakes. Staff very polite..The unlimited breakfast is table service only NOT unlimited help yourself. No coffee with breakfast either. Latte is also not included on unlimited coffee option, I had to ask about this so be aware its more expensive.You have to pre-empt that you may want more with your order, which will probably contribute to a large amounts of food waste.I ordered unlimited with steak medium. Ordered at 9.05am. Order came at 9.23, very quick.Sausages are lincolnshire type, not meaty, would assume Brakes/kff cheaper flavoured sausages, quite disappointed in the quality here.Bacon thin and unsmoked, cooked OK, fat wasn't crispy.Mushrooms taste kind of boiled rather than fried or grilled.Hash browns are thick and decent flavour/crunch, slightly under cooked for me.Steak (extra 2.99) was alright and cooked to medium, no seasoning.Heinz beans are just that, eggs stacked on top of each other and in between runny and hard,Black pudding is thick cut and not slow cooked in butter, flash fried.Verdict, looked amazing but quality below par. OK but wouldn't make the effort to visit again.

Food fantastic but nothing compared to the service we received from our waitress Teresa. She was so friendly, attentive, funny and made our experience special! Incredibly lovely lady and would come back just to be served by her!

Clean and welcoming. Good team of staff. Great food and choice well presenyed.

Food was excellent, customer service was very good, could not fault the staff very polite and helpful. Could not understand why customer`s could not help themselves to the salad bar as the staff serving you was not wearing any gloves or face mask? But customer`s could walk around without a face mask on.

It's been many years since I visited and I'm so glad we did. Great vegan options and dessert, wonderful decor and environment. Our waitress Kerry was fantastic and managed our group of 20 people's unique requests and difficulties with a smile and fast service. We'll be back!

Service was slow today but our waitress Vicky was very attentive but busy. Sadly they did not have the vegan Xmas dinner or the first choice meal my friend wanted. However, a fabulous lunch, in a beautiful building. Highly recommend.
