Not bad. Not great. It's a little bit souless, stuck somewhere between original and gentrified. With expensive pints.. so not exactly a go to place in my opinion.

Nice pub, in town with open fireplaces. Small but, good for a quick pint. Friendly service, good available.

Amazing night, we scoffed down 3 courses each, the menu was great for both of us (one meat eater one vegan) excellent variety for both of us and the atmosphere was great!Now on first name terms with the staff... Tyler made us feel at right at home and we had such a laugh chatting with him throughout the night and the chef Nick came over to make sure our meals were perfect... Brilliant food! We will be back next week!

Friendly athmosphere and staff, good place for a drink, afternoon tea or food (lunch or dinner) as well.
