What a hidden gem! Warm and intimate environmental and one of the best pub roasts I've tasted. My friend ate lasagne, which was delicious and home made. Service was friendly and relaxed. Reasonable prices and very welcoming.

First visit for a family meal and won’t be the last. The quality of the food and the love and talent putt into preparing it paid off and the owners and great staff made a point of having a chat and making you feel welcome. Thanks sooooo much!

Superb meal, excellently presented and beautiful portions. Much better than I would have expected for Gastro pub food! The service was excellent with super accommodating staff. Would definitely return!

Visited for first time on Wednesday 2nd June at 1.00 pm. Excellent service by very polite bar staff. Extensive menu and very well presented. Would definitely go again and highly recommend to all my friends.

Don't be put off by the sample menu and notifications they are operating a reduced menu. There was plenty on the menu and more than I expected for me as a vegetarian. All the food tasted home made and was nicely presented. Plenty of it too. My husband, daughter and I are very hard to please together. I like to try things I wouldn't prepare myself; my husband likes good home food and plenty of it at a reasonable price; my daughter likes variety. We all had a starter, a drink and a main course. Luckily my husband has hollow legs so he finished off our starters. We took advantage of 25% discount. Incredible value for money. Only criticism is only offered filter coffee. I don't like cold drinks and look forward to a cappuccino if everybody else having a dessert.
