Tops Pizza in Maidstone

Had a pizza earlier today from you guys haven’t left the toilet since… Cutting corners with ingredients will ruin your business. Have been eating pizzas for a very a long time and can confirm this is definitely a VERY dodgy one. I Wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but clearly you guys don’t care about customers health

Have always used and preferred tops, there's always plenty of topping and option and is not as heavily regulated if at all as certain other pizza chains. Prices and deals are good, even if you just want to eat alone or if you're feeding a family or party.

Took almost two hours to get to me. Pizza and garlic bread cold and my cake still frozen. Will not be ordering again…

For the second order running they forgot part of our order. This time it was coleslaw. We’ve now finished our pizza and they have finally answered our call and agreed to send it now. Cheers, that’ll go lovely with my roast dinner tomorrow. Won’t be using again

They always forget something, i ordered a tub of ice-cream with our 3 pizzas and 2 boxes of cookies, they never sent the ice-cream. Wouldn't mind but i pre-paid on card. Called them up, they said they would send it and it never turned up.

Tops Maidstone have gone down hill massively, firstly they need to work on customer service on the phone. Boarder line rude.I Ordered the food then I’m told 1 hour- if deliver time is long you should advise the customer before they pay.Quality of the food is bad. I found a long blonde hair I’m my pizza, straight in the bin it goes.Potato wedges were soggy and undercooked. They had hard undercooked potato in most of them.The bottle of Drink was in date , 1 month until out of date . But was flat, no fizz at all.Delivery driver forgot my side, I had to ask.Such a shame as tops was my go to pizza but after this S*it I’ll pay Domino’s prices.And before you ask for my order number Tops I was and never have been given one ????

DO NOT RISK IT!!! Worst pizza I've ever had, just a pile of thick doughy grease and gave me the worst diarrhea. Delivery guy was also very rude, argumentative and clearly had no customer service skills. There needs to be a big inspection to see what the hell is going on in there! Food hygiene rating should be 0!

Cold pizzas. Advised them to wait 15 minutes prior to cooking but the time I arrived they had been cooked and kept on top of oven. 10 min journey home. Pizza stone cold. Tried to give some constructive feedback over the phone and was speedily dismissed. Avoiding in the future.

Customer services is disgusting. You have a problem that you have to tell them and they have this rushing attitude like they don’t want to deal with it. Second of all everything on my pizza order was nice BUT the cheese🤮 is thicker than the dough.
