Wok U Like in Maidstone

This is my favourite go to Chinese, always has been, always will be. Great food, and staff and always friendly. Never too long of a wait, though even there is I’m happy to wait as I refuse to order from anywhere else. Fab Chinese over all :)

Ordered a plain chow mien for my vegetarian girlfriend, got sent chicken chow mien. Mistakes happen, understandable. But to then call and ask for the plain chow mien to be sent AND THEN SEND EGG FRIED RICE!Also to note;1 Squid was jank2 quorn chicken wasn’t quorn3 customer service from the drivers and people on the phone was atrociousSave yourself the time and effort and go somewhere else honestly.

More than half the time I eat from here I don’t enjoy it because it does not taste the same. Quality has gone downhill, don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anymore.

Waiting for my order hour and 20 minutes . Soup it’s just a bullion with pieces of mushroom, chicken and prawn (wasn’t spicy). Rest of the meals 3/10 …. One of the worst Asian food I’ve ever at.

Waited an hour and half for food. Food never arrived, when I complained they blamed Just Eat. Fingers crossed I get money back.Never got to try their food. Avoid if you want to receive your food

Omg I loved it so much I would recommend the most so and delivery drivers are very friendly and need a raise I had the best service by I think they’re name was Keren and George they definitely deserve a raise they were so kind loved the food

Ordered via Just Eat. 2 hours and still waiting and still no delivery.Phone has been ringing off the hook for 30 mims solid I can only assume they have left it off the hook.Avoid like the plague, don't waste your time.

Been using for 9 years and wont be returning. My last 3 orders have been rediculious late/cold/soggy/ and generally a low standard of food. Only order if you have 2.5 hours to spare waiting for a cold soggy Chinese to arrive.

For the last two orders, they have failed to deliver part of the order. Last night it was a bottle of soft drink so not the end of the world but it is something I paid for. When you call up to complain, they don’t really apologise but offer money off next time but there is no system to record this so I cannot be bothered any longer. This was the last time ordering with Wok U Like.

I used this a few times... and sometimes its fine but other times not so great. I personally feel they over charge on stuff and even charge £1 to £2 delivery, even if you have ordered over £30 worth. And ironically their drivers never have change apparently so you are forced to tip them unless you have the correct amount of change or if you pay by card but even then it wouldnt surprise me if they charge you card fees... its absolutely ridiculous
