Fantastic! It's a chain so obviously you n kw mostly what to expect. But this was a lovely location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Cool mirrors too :D

The customer service was great. I had ‘Rustica Picante’ pizza and passion fruit cocktail. The pizza was too large for my liking and it was too crusty. The drink was perfect.

Hadn't been here for a while and was very pleased to find an upgraded menu rather than just pizza/pasta. The food and service was very good so we will continue to dine there again.

Amazing staff, quick service, delicious food. Only flaw is that some dishes were not available in the evening.

How many excellent new wave, chain Italian restaurants has Maidstone got? Many, Zizzi is, as is the case for all that I have tried, excellent. The restaurant has loads of room; there is even more dining space upstairs. I do like the bright dining space, brightened further with an array of sparkly fixtures. The centre piece of the restaurant is the food preparation area with its huge wood fired oven. It brings a smile to the face when I see this setup. I know the bread is going to be phenomenal.Yes, the bread was phenomenal; all dishes that I ordered were. I loved the rustica Quattro no magi pizza. Sweet “cheeses”, cut to your own requirements using the pizza cutter. This Naples style pizza melted in the mouth. Service was smiley, chatty and attentive. Food was served promptly and piping hot.

Me and my fiancé came today and were served by Luci. She made such an effort and her attention to detail and service was amazing.I can honestly say I am so happy with the service recieved from this Zizzi.I have been to so many all over the UK and this has to be one of the best I have been to based on two factorsService provided by Luci and the quality and taste of the food.

I love going to zizzi's at Maidstone because the food and the waiters is very good. The food is very good and the waiting time is not that long even when there is lots of people. The pizza and Calzones are beautiful and all of the pastas are brilliant. The puddings are perfect and not to fillings.🍕🍝⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently went here for a Christmas party and had an awful experience. The staff were lovely and it wasn't their fault but it was extremely badly organised. We book 2 months in advance a table of 15 for Christmas. When we arrived we were squeezed onto a 10 person table which we couldn't fit and they wouldn't move us to start off with. When we got our starters 2 of our party ordered the vegan menu. One of these came out with cheese on, which is not vegan and it also had plastic floating in the soup! Those who had a sharer platter only receive a quarter of the starter until complaining twice did they get the full starter. When the mains came out 2 people had ordered king prawn linguine, however what they actually received was king prawn gluten free fusili. It was disgusting and inedible. They got sent back and asked for no alternative. The toilets were disgusting too.
