Absolutely fantastic food!!! Prompt delivery with COVID safe delivery drivers. A nice varied and well-priced menu too. My favourite Bangladeshi/Indian takeaway by far!

Food has always been great, so no complaints there. My only issue I have is you can never get delivery within a reasonable time, (always 1 hour 45 mins when calling around 6.30)Even when you collect, and told 30 minutes, you're still waiting in excess of 20/25 minutes.I appreciate they are quite a busy restaurant (now that the one in village has had some issues and can't sell alcohol) but maybe need to look at their staffing for busy Friday and Saturdays.

Visited here this evening with a party of 6. Food was lovely. When it came time for the bill we were working out our payments and noticed some differences in prices to what was stated on the menu. On further investigation every single item on our bill was being overcharged by over 50p per item. When we asked for this to be rectified we were given a new bill that still had overcharged us. We spoke with the manager who told us that head office had changed the prices last Wednesday. This is not what was stated on the menu and there was no mention of a price increase before we ordered . 4 times we revised the bill and still had been overcharged! In the end we paid it at almost Β£20 under what the original bill stated and this was still with overcharges! We didn't even get an apology. Ruined our evening. Absolutely SHOCKING customer service! I dread to think how many people have been way overcharged and not noticed!!! We will NEVER visit this establishment again.

Really disappointed. Despite it being a Tuesday, and having ordered at 5.50pm, and the takeaway being a 4 minute drive from my house, the food arrived freezing cold nearly 30 minutes after the expected delivery time (7.38)with no apology. The portion sizes were tiny. The King Prawn Bhuna had a total of 3 prawns, which had been (well over)cooked in their shells so we had to stick our fingers in the curry to de-shell them. The food itself was probably tasty at one point, however it tasted like it had been in the fridge so wasn't great.Considering the reviews, and that this place came in at Β£12 for an equivalent order than most of the local Indian takeaways, I couldn't be more disappointed with the food and service received today.

Very unhappy!!!Ive just ordered a chicken tikka Madras and a Rogan Josh. The chicken tikka Madras was ok but not great and the Rogan Josh was terrible!! It was more like the heat of a Madras with a couple of tomatoes thrown in. Too hot to eat!!This is the second time now. I previously ordered a chicken tikka Madras which was more like a phall so again wasn't eaten. That's another Β£30 order wasted. When I phoned to complain the member of staff was trying to tell me it was a Rogan and the chicken was chicken tikka. The meat was definitely not chicken tikka it was normal chicken. He went to speak to the chef and I hung up, not even a phone call back!!!I will never order from here again!!!Shame they have to put made up reviews to knock my bad one off!!!!

Always use if I want takeaway delivered . Food has improved dramatically over the last year. Always order via just eat app. Keep up the good work. Will be using restaurant tonight for first time so will report back on how it compares to the one in walderslade village.

I went here for my birthday in July and the service and food was absolutely amazing! They stayed open for us and the service was so friendly and welcoming. This is one of the best meals I have had and we were all dreaming about it weeks and months later, we still are!Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!

Ordered a delivery at 1900 - told it would be with us by 8.20 as they were busy, fair enough. At 8.30 no food and when we called told 9pm, at 9.20 told food still not even cooked! Copious amounts of apologies and an offer of 15% off but what they fail to realise is that the customer just wants their food! Lots of sarcasm on the call from us due to frustration but very few responses from the restaurant! Such a shame as sister restaurant is great.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. It was the first time I had tried them and to be fair the food as ok but my goodness the customer service was diabolical. They promised a big discount on my next order only to be told initially 15% that equated to 4 quid. Then offered me 20% which was a further 2 quid. So much for a big discount then had the cheeck to say I would have to wait 1 hour and 10 mins for delivery..cancelled the order and told them what's what prior to putting the phone down.. Will never order from this so called restaurant again..

Food was gorgeous, waiter lovely, unfortunately we decided to dine in with our children. Despite calling ahead to check if it was ok to bring a 1 year old and a 3 year old, as we finished our main courses, the manager walked in, pointed at the rice and poppadom crumbs on the floor under my 1 year old's seat and said "This is why we don't have high-chairs" and walked off! When he came back, I stated "You don't want children in your restaurant?" to which he replied with a sneer "Not like this"I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable in my life and here I am supposed to be paying for this service! I did pay because the waiter was so apologetic about it and very sweet, and it wasn't the chef's fault either, both did a wonderful job, but the manager was an arrogant and horrible man who doesn't know the meaning of customer service.
