Always have good experiences whenever we come here. Customer service is spot on and sisha is good as well.

A really nice place for some decent shisha with some good drinks and food on the menu. The customer service was great too.The only negative thing about this place is that they don’t take card payments but they do have a cash machine inside the lounge if you need to withdraw cash.

For someone who is very fussy about his shisha, I honestly couldn’t find a fault with this place, the staff are amazing and the atmosphere buzzing. I have been back 3x since my initial visit and the overall experience gets better each time. The drinks In this place are out of this world - you have to try the Oreo milkshakes.Pros:StaffAtmosphereShishaDrinksCons:None and I usually always find something to moan about.Keep up the great service and c u Friday.

Shisha not so great, gets harsh after 20 minutes, the place doesn’t take card either, wish they had told me when I came in. Drinks was nice. Had to pay £10 table charge because 3/4 of us wanted to smoke, I didn’t mind as it’s a 2 shisha between 1 policy… I’d much rather go to colony lounge down the road they got savacco flavour and accept card.

Great atmosphere, lovely shisha and great staff! Waiters were respectful and easy to talk to from the moment we stepped foot inside. Great location and parking available near by. Would like to say thank you to the staff members, Abir and Mahima (I think that`s what their name is, they both wear glasses)...Lovely staff who gave the best customer service. They deserve a bonus. The sticky toffee pudding was also the best one i have tried yet! One of the best shisha lounges to visit in London.

Last Thursday visited aladdinsrooftoplounge. The staff and service was on point and the place was having a positive vibe. A perfect venue to hang with friends on weekend.The longue is famous for sheesha’s having a wide range of flavours but my personal favourite was paan-apple mint.We had mac&cheese, Chicken Biryani, Jalfrezi and garlic naan. I would surely recommend you to grab chicken biryani being tasty and lip smacking.Overall it’s a great experience.

Nice atmosphere but music was completely off. It felt like we were on a high school reunion. Defo needs some Arabic music. Shisha was on point 100000% and the Mocktails were huge and so tasty!
