Lamb donner meat was ok, had much better. Chilli sauce not nice, red cabbage all slobby and cold chips

Do not order from this place. Customer Service is absolutely disgusting. Was sworn at down the phone, and told I was a liar, because part of my order was coated in the WRONG sauce and also the WRONG salad. Was also missing a whole meal and also two portion of chips.Was not issued a refund, was not delivered the correct food, absolutely vile customer service.Not to mention the food was a £50 order, however was told that our order was irrelevant because apparently they receive £500 orders.Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this disgusting establishment.

Wanted to give 0 stars. Don't order the spicy chicken burger. No mention of it being SMOTHERED in chilli sauce. Should be a spicy batter like other spicy chicken burgers are cooked. Totally ruined it.

Had a doner kebab with chilli sauce tonight, and have got to say it was the best kebab I have had for ages. The meat was thinly cut, hot and juicy and full of flavour.. would highly recommend.. 5 stars all round

I wouldn't give it any stars but had to for review to post.DO NOT ORDER From here. The food was reheated and sent out. The chips were brown and tasted of old oil and definitely not chicken fillet either, dread to think what they were actually cooking, it's actually scary when food doesnt look or smell as it should. When I rang to try and rectify this matter they tell you to call back tomorrow and blame it on the online service to then tell you the same again the next day!!!!!!!! No help what so ever.Dont waste your money as no refund or food has been offered either so thieves too.

We have been Ordering from here for around 6 months. I left it so long to leave a reveiw as I always find that you find a good kebab house and its like the 1st couple of orders are great but then as time goes on the quality goes downhill!Not here we love the food so fresh and tasty, salads are fresh and not greasy and you have to try the German street food kebab it's one of our faves! Tonight we decided to go for the special Grill mmm mm mm 😋 delicious! They even put a tortilla wrap at the bottom of the meat tray to soak up the oils from cooking so the meat isn't swimming in juices!To Top it off the lady on the phone is so nice and polite. I always call and when the call ends my husband says the same thing.."I like that lady she sounds really nice" 🤣Thankyou Ramzeys Grill for becoming our only place for our kebab burgers pizza and Strawberry Marinda Our Compliment to the Chefs

Really good kebabs, always fresh, hot and tasty.I can highly recommend the special grill, it will easily feed 4 people for just 16 quid!!Always friendly too.
