"The restaurant was an amazing and warm environment with dedicated staff. Quality food and great prices. Unfortunately we could not maintain the rises in rent and due to trading honestly the costs of tax and VAT therefore we were forced to shut down as our landlord refused to allow us to sell the lease on to a different owner to enable the business to continue"
