Changing the menu so alot of the items we wanted they didn't have. Friendly staff lovely food cost about 69.00 for 4 of us. Toilets were immaculate.

terrible attitude.It was good food but the manager and the waiter had a bad temper. We found a hair in the brownie and ice cream and we asked for another one but they couldn’t be bothered to hence getting so annoyed about it when they can just end the argument by getting us a different one.Very bad customer service!My grandma also has bad eyes and couldn’t see the price on a coffee well and thought it was £3.99 but really was £5.99 and thought we were trying to get lower money

Although food isn’t that bad, starter was better than the main. They treat foreigners like pigs, the woman with red hair who works there is racist and treated these english people with more respect and offered them a lot more right in front of me and my family because she is racist.

Despicable service, 1.5 hours waiting. We have been given glasses with lipstick on from previous customers.Tom, the supervisor, while being polite has clarified for us that he decides where a customer is seated no matter if the customer may have any preferences.This is the last time us visiting this place.

We went to the Hempstead valley location for my partners birthday. Upon receiving the main courses for our party (3 adults 1 teen and 2 children) my eldest sons was the last to come to the table (by all of like 30 seconds so no wait or anything!) But as the waitress placed it down she apologised and said that she thought it was unacceptable and had requested another be made for him but brought that one over so he had something to nibble on. All we could see was that it wasn't round and had half a rocket bouquet on it!! We wouldn't have complained though but the waitress wanted it to be perfect. She went above and beyond for us even singing happy birthday to my partner. Super awesome staff and a great meal. Will definitely be returning. Thank you all so much. :)

Staff were really lovely. We had two very lively and excitable kids with us, so we chose to sit outside so they could blow off some steam and be out of the way of others. The food was great, the service was great and the staff were very understanding of the kids needing somewhere to run around!

Terrible service! Mixed up orders, too long delays for food. It's a beautiful place with lovely decor though. Thankfully the management had a no quibble attitude when we asked about removing the service charge.

We booked a table on the day 30 minutes before hand. We arrived and we're welcomed but informed that service may be a little slower due to staff isolating. We stayed and were well looked after, there wasn't any delays and food was brought out together and was tasty. We ate from the set menu which was varied and the pudding was the best!
