Brewers Fayre Honourable Pilot in Medway

Terrible experience in this restaurant, definitely won't be going there again. My nachos came missing the salsa so very dry and not very nice, main meal was vegan burger and was uneatable ordered some cheese sauce to go with it and it was about a teaspoon full. Chips were overcooked, daughters fish was dry and my husbands filled Yorkshire was also dry and apparently not very tasty. Also asked for some other sauce which never came. This is a shame as we used to often go here and enjoy it but won't be returning now.

Booked a table for 2 in the restaurant and was seated in the bar area instead. Ordered a sirloin steak and mixed grill, both medium rare. But came out well done. I had the sirloin sent back and it came back medium rare in places but not cooked through evenly so well done in places. Whilst waiting for the steak to return my food had gone cold. If I could give 0 starts I would. Terrible food, won’t be returning

The food was lovely. Didn't have the dessert we ordered so they came back and asked us to order something else. Food took a while but they were busy. Staff very friendly. Will go again

Shocking service took 25 minutes before someone asked if we would like to order. "Would you like any sauces etc" "mustard please" couldn't have had any as they never came back. Could have walked out without paying as we waited ages for the bill. Had to go to bar to ask to pay the bill we still hadn't received. And they weren't even busy.

Delicious food and great service. I think restaurant reviews have sadly become a moaning platform where people are quick to leave a bad review but very few people leave a review when they’ve had a good experience. Never had a bad meal here, portions are good and reasonably priced. Service has always been attentive and with a smile. Keep up the good work Team Pilot :)

Decent price for a fair breakfast, didn't skimp on the portions and the taste was good. The unlimited coffee is self service and unfortunately knocked a star off for the coffee which came out tepid rather than hot, but if you drink it straight away it's not a deal breaker. Staff were friendly and tables were socially distant enough to feel safe.

Went for Breakfast with Santa with our granddaughters on 18th December. It was extremely well run. Very socially distanced and felt safe. Lots if people wearing masks even inside the restaurant. The breakfast was very good. The elves worked very hard to give the children the best experience and Santa flew in to talk to the children and give them a gift. It was an excellent morning. Thank you to all the staff who made the experience a memorable one.

A little bit more expensive than similar pub restaurants and there was a fair wait for our food. Not bad quality but surprisingly, given how long we waited, it was not hot enough when it came out.

We eat here often, I always leave a good review, since its been a cookhouse, it's been so good, quality and price, such good value. However, went on monday, had the festive burger, unfortunately, absolutely burned, charcoal like! I drew it to the attention of our lovely waitress, but received no feedback. I have also sent an email and received no reply.I am hoping that this meal was a one off burnt offering!The desserts were amazing, so all was not lost!

Really good food, big portions couldn't eat it all 😊 friendly and helpful staff. Will revisit in the future.Only reason I give a 4 stars, only downside is that the entrance for cars is a bit convoluted, close to a roundabout - you need to be careful not to miss your exit and the entrance is on the left hand side as for the Holiday Inn - may be difficult for someone who doesn't know the area which way to go.
