Cheers Pizza in Medway

They never deliver on time when I order from Uber eats and I’m pretty sick of having to keep phoning up to ask where’s my food that didn’t yet turn up when it’s due to be delivered

Half my order came. Called up the restaurant and was told that it wasn’t there problem. When I asked for a refund I was called a Div by the manager. Absolutely disgraceful place. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered a pizza that was supposed to be for delivery, got forced to log in to pay, order was suddenly changed to collection. Tried to call resturant about it but they just immediately hung up on me, tried to go collect the pizza and the place was completely locked up. Took my money and are apparently refusing to respond to either Orderyoyo or PayPal's investigations for a refund.

I ordered a pizza from them on Uber Eats when my order came I felt conflicted, shocked, disgusted and very DISAPOINTED. The pizza was very very small not even a 5 inch pizza also the pizza was soaky and oily they messed up my order.

STAY AWAY DO NOT GIVE THIS PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, this was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life I ordered a margarita and received a pizza with what looked like two or three spoons of some nasty tomato sauce and a thin layer of burned cheese, and for laughs I found a thin slice of onion on the side of one piece, absolutely the worst attempt at making that kind of pizza I have ever had the unfortunate experience of tasting it was a dry disgusting pizza, also the leaflet advertised that you get a bottle of drink but all I received was a can a complete ripoff STAY AWAY PLEASE.

Always liked the pizza here, the price is outstanding but waiting nearly 2 hours for a meal is shocking. It is Friday evening, granted but hire mire drivers if you're that busy. Good food. Never late on week days or during the day but order in peak times and get your food 2 hours later. Will be using these guys again despite this. Not sure if 2 stars is fair or not but it is what it is

Its a madness how their delivery is that bad. Ordered at 19:14 call at 20:04 explaining my order to them - to be honest the person on the phone seemed quite nice and wanted to help somewhat but she was just telling me that the food was going out the door now - its a 5 minute drive keep in mind. About 40 mins later still nothing (20:42). Call them again have them explain to me whats taken so long - they tell me they cancelled the order because there was no reply at the door (I have 3 people and 2 dogs in the house so obviously the delivery person made no attempt at knocking because even though she was telling me the delivery guy was knocking my dogs would have gone mental if that was the case). I then caught her out on her basic excuses and she then issued to give me a refund.

Just had the delivery lady ring at my door saying cheers pizza...... 11:25pm ?? Never even once in my life ordered pizza from these guys woke all three of my children up.Tried ringing them 5 times cant even be bothered to pick up the phone wth?Wait till I contact you tomorrow it wont be pretty.Absolutely useless mate!!!!!

I received a text marketing message from them even though I did not give them permission to use my data. The message did not have an opt out included which is against the GDPR law.When I tried to order a pizza, after much repetition of my order due to a severe language barrier, the order was finally accepted. A few minutes later, I rang them again to ensure that it was deep pan, and they told me that they no longer deliver to my area (even though I received a marketing message from them) and were not going to honour my order.The 'sausage' pizza topping is a bright orange disc of questionable substance and the vegetables taste past their best date (unwashed perhaps!)I would rate Cheers Pizza lower than 1* if it was possible. They should be closed down and investigated.

The food is very nice but the customer service isn’t always the same unfortunately, they seriously need to up their customer interaction, the price is exceptionally good however... depending on who you speak to depends on weather you’re spoken to with respect or not
