Chopstix Noodle Bar in Medway

Really not nice food at all. Noodles hardly cooked and chewy and food smells a lot better than it tastes. Staff are rude. You can see it is not good through how it used to be busy but now not.

Great place for lunch. Great value and portion very good. Staff friendly. I had Korean bbq and Thai curry. She had korean bbq and sweet chilli chicken. Korean bbq tasted like normal bbq. Option of either vegetable noodles or egg fried rice. We both went for noodles. Would like to see more sides choices and not just spring rolls.

My partner and me went in there. We had Korean bbq chicken with noodles and it was gorgeous, also I'm still amazed at how filling it was lol I felt fat all day haha. Fantastic

Great food but however toilets are always closed

Good Chinese food, small portions for what you pay.. Very rude staff, loads of noodles but when is about sides proper piss taken.

Good selection of food bit over priced for what you get. But it's better than a noodle or rice dish from a supermarket pre packed meal

Found plastic in food today.Manager told me it was onion but definitely plastic. Manager refused to give me any complaint information to place in a complaint and did not offer to help.Returned to my table manager started shouting across shop at me being derogatory telling me he was telling me Iput it in food, and calling me love. Told manager that was unacceptable and I was not going to accept his behaviour.Manager came over to table started shouting waving his hands aggressively and saying we put plastic in the food. Yet he told me it was onion?? But now it is plastic that we put in the food.?? My partner had to step inNasty man needs removing from management, have emailed local authority and will be going to head office franchise of the company.Took food and plastic to provide as proof to authoritiesAVOID THIS PLACE

Very nice,simple process of a quick eat out/lunch,me my partner and child very much enjoyed this today.Taste was good,food was nothing to complain about and I'm not too local but wished I was as I would come for a well tasty lunch everyday.I will try to return asap as it was amazing for the price, customer service was normal and as you would expect,keep doing what yr doing 👍👍👍.

Very sad to leave a negative review, and as agreed by others who dined there I also received the most appealing low class service I have ever experienced, the manager who is a skinny dark haired guy that claimed he owns the place was absolutely disgusting in his attitude and service to the point where he ruined my and my children's experience by shouting about not being a restaurant service when asked where we could possibly sit, which when paying were advised there was seating available. Another customer was lovely to help join two small tables together as my hands were full.Won't recommend at all as it should close down for poor service 😕

Love the freshly made food. The caramel chicken was out of this world. The staff was friendly and helped me alot with the choices available. Tried both noodles and rice options and both were fresh and tasty. Will definitely visit this HALAL place again.
