Confucius in Medway

Visited with family on Sunday, the restaurant itself needs some updating... if you were walking past you wouldn't decide to go in and eat however we saw the great reviews online and decided to give it a try.Food was nice, although few items came deep fried or in batter which was not stated on the menu. It is all you can eat however they like you to order all of the starters and second course at once and then all mains at once, which means you can't try some things and order more if you enjoy it...The manager is quite rude, her tone is sharp and aggressive and made you feel awkward to ask anything I.e. for more napkins. If it wasn't for such a rude manager (we are assuming she was the manager, she took the orders) then I would have given a review of 4 stars.

Excellent food, large menu and traditional Chinese high standards. The staff are very knowledgeable about dietary requirements. This is the first Chinese restaurant I have been to since being diagnosed as having gluten intolerance. I was delighted with the range of gluten free options. Will definitely be going back!

My wife's family goes there so often they are known personally by the staff. Thier food is brilliant, their service top notch. You wouldn't be disappointed. They also deliver!

First time here. will be back. Food delicious and hot. Service a little confusing as one after the other waiting staff came to take orders but all very friendly and helpful.very busy which is always a good sign

Came down from west Yorkshire to surprise my daughter the staff where very perlight food was out standing I would definitely recommend anyone to try definitely will not be disappointed will definitely be going back thanks to the girls who work there keep smiling

Our 1st visit was made very welcome by members of staff explaining to us the way the buffet works all served at your table. All food was very tasty order what you want from the lunch menu give this one a try we will return soon B&K

Amazing service and atmosphere... lots of food options to choose from. Considering we were a large group with young children, we felt we were well looked after. We shall be returning there very soon. We left happy and full with smile all around.
