Theyve changed the menu now so average icecream is now over 10 pounds. It was just over 7 pounds for a childs icecream. Cost nearly 60 quid for two adults and two children. Absolutely crazy prices

Popped in for a waffle and drink. Fairly quiet..staff at till were great. One of the staff taking the plates to tables clearly very unhygienic! Itching nose, rubbing his nose and then sneezing whilst clearing up a table. Watched him to see if he sanitised hands etc- nope! Went on to touch other plates and counter top. Definitely will NOT be coming back. Couldn't finish eating.

Staff overwhelmed with too many takeaway and delivery orders. So no attention to detail for in house diners. Hot and cold chocolate cake volcano came back ALL cold BOTH times after I complained the first time. Took money for items that they ran out off and had to do refund which took a while. Not the same experience compared to a few months ago. Very disappointing.

I have never experienced such rubbish service in my life. We order an Icecream sundae and 2 milkshakes. While I was eating my ice cream there was 2 small hairs that I pulled. So I expressed my concerns with the members of staff in which they offered to make another one but I wanted a refund (honestly I was so put off with hair in it, I didn’t want another one) My husband I sat back down and went to drink our milkshakes and what do we find….. another hair. So I went back up to the counter and showed them the hair. When showing the member of staff the hair on the straw he either needed to go to spec savers or he was blind but he was point blank arguing with me that there was nothing there. At to this point I was getting angry. Then another member staff suggested it what fluff. It didnt matter what it was fluff or hair it shouldn’t been in there!!! So I will not be returning to Rochester creams in Rochester ever again. Also for health and hygiene the blokes should be wearing hats and nets.

We walked in to dirty plates left on tables and struggled to find a clean table. Customer service is awful, from getting our first dessert to our last (only 5 of us) was about 15 minutes and then we had to ask for our drinks which came straight out the fridge and put on our table no glass or straw so drink straight from the bottle. Extremely bad experience

Ordered through Ubereats, dessert was missing and some portions were ridiculously small. Called the branch and whoever i spoke to was so rude and told me that he sent everything with the driver and its not his problem. Kept talking over me and didnt help to resolve the problem at all! Worst branch ever and the waffle was soggy as well.

Couple of decent vegan options. Didn't take too long to get served. A friend and I came here last thing at night so it was nice and quiet.

Really really bad. I had a waffle it cost £10 and when it came it was a under cooked waffle with ONE strawberry, and no lie a tea spoon of ice cream. So so angry

Average :/ waffles are tasteless and undercooked and there own version of Nutella sauce is not great and there very tight on the toppings poor effort compared to Other dessert outlasts.

Service was awful. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 waffles and 2 milkshakes to take away. The staff had no hair nets on nor did they have gloves on when serving food. The food was stone cold by the time it had arrived to me and my milkshakes were melted.Highly do not recommend and I will not be coming back ever again. My order was incorrect. I ordered an all white chocolate and strawberry waffle but instead I had received a milk chocolate and white chocolate waffle with strawberries. There was a customer waiting over 30 minutes at a table for a single milkshake. The service was appalling.
