Stay away from Them !! Order food 2 hrs ago and the food never arrived!!! They soo rude also , skanks

Usually order from them once weekly. It’s always great taste. Service is not the best. But last time i was really disappointed. They forgot the drinks. That was not the biggest problem cose they bring them very quick but the wings were mixed half fresh lovely winks and half like from the previous day. Its a shame they doing that. I mind not order from them anymore. Its a shame they loose costumers that way. By the way the chicken fillet burger and chips were perfect

Late and wrong menu on deliveroo and instead of contacting me they sent me a undisclosed fish burger ... asked them what it is they said they don't sell cod so its fish meat... what meat?? Is it even fish??Chips stale and coldOnly edible bits was the premade and frozen profiteroles.Don't bother they were no help at all..Atleast deliveroo offered a refund for the unidentifiable fish meal

Foods not great. The chicken wings were nice but kebab was tiny for the price, chip portions were really small too. Burgers were like cardboard. Biggest portion we got was the coleslaw. Wouldn't order from here again nor would I recommend. Glad it was discounted as definitely not worth the price

Have been using Dixy for a while now and was initially happy with the service and quality but of late the standard has dropped dramatically! I order the same thing at least 2-3 times a week but I find the cost varies all the time! I constantly find myself talking to ‘new managers’ that clearly don’t understand their regular customers and constantly hike the price up!For all those kebab lovers out there I have just had a lovely mixed chicken and doner from Duru’s kebab in Gillingham with no extra charges!!!

Chicken had no flavour, very bland. The chips were like Tesco value standard. The man serving me wasn't listening to me when I ordered and I had to correct him three times. Plenty of better places to get food around Gillingham High Street. Please don't bother considering this place, you'll just be wasting your time and money.

Ordered today Chucken burger meal and 3 pieces of chicken, well what can I say. The burger was dripping with oil and the chicken inside want cooked properly! Well oh the chicken pieces was also dripping with oil the batter was so soggy and the chicken itself was vile. I advise anyone if you fancy chicken cook it yourself! This place should be shut down for their hygiene and cookery skills!!!!!

Okay, so I ordered via the ‘just eat’ app around midnight and whilst waiting for my food to be delivered to me I thought I would google this establishment to see how far away they were.To my complete and utter absolute dismay all I could see was bad reviews.Now I always like to make my own mind up and not have bad reviews stop me from ordering - you know. Everyone deserves a chance, they could of had new management in from time the reviews were left etc etc.Now my food arrived quicker than expected.The chap who delivered the order was extremely polite, courteous and efficient whilst giving me my change and the food itself was piping hot, freshly cooked, plus more food than expected and to top it off the drinks were ice cold.Thank you Dixy Chicken for this wonderful experience. The whole reason I ordered at this time is because I just had sex and it woke me right up and I became hungry and I knew if I ate it would send me to sleep.This really has been the cherry on top of an already fantastic night.Thanks guys.
