Dobbies Garden World Restaurant in Medway

Had breakfast this morning. Unfortunately served on a cold plate with cold beans and warm sausages. Nothing on the plate was hot and what was warm rapidly cooled

Excellent quality, fair price and a nice atmosphere to sit down and chat. There’s 2 for 1 scones after 2pm. Would be great to see a better lunch/dinner selection and halal friendly meals.

Bought goldfish from Dobbies. It is highly priced I believe. Bought five fishes. They didn't give discount for the fifth one as offer is only for even number of purchase! Bad customer service.

Went to dobbies to take our grandaughter to see father Christmas. Was the best time ever she loved it and father Christmas was really good with her she really loved her time with him would recomend to anyone thinking of going. All staff was very kind and helpful the food was great and a staff member was so nice to our grandaughter and she loved every minute

Having recently moved to the area, but with family here, I’d heard of Dobbies before.My other half and I have been a few times for both breakfast and lunch, as well as various bits of shopping.Overall the food is decent, but not spectacular. Breakfast in particular is average, but at the higher end of pricing.What is brilliant is the butcher in-store, really great quality meats and some amazing deals!

Cafe staff a moody and a lack of prepared food at lunchtime on a Sat. Asked for a steak pie that didn't look like it had been sat on by an elephant and treated with disdain by serving lady. Got one meal then told it would be a 20 min wait for the rest so we were eating at different times. Not cheap either. I'd looked forward to visiting and ended up wishing I'd taken the kids in McDonald's next door.

Didn’t feel safe hear at all. We are in the middle of a pandemic with a virus that can be transmitted through airborne droplets yet hardly any staff were wearing masks. Shortly after we sat down a member of staff without a mask came and started clearing the table next to us coughing everywhere. Ended up walking out.

On two occasions I have been to Dobbies at Gillingham on my first visit I had a cherry scone, which was very dry and tasted of too much of baking powder, todayI I have been to Debbie’s and tried a fruit scone, again just very dry and tasted of baking powder, how disappointing, I think a review of ingredients put into scones needs to be assessed. I certainly won’t be having any more.

U just can't tell which staffs are nice to you until u come across to them. This is coming from a non-english customer so the case might be different if you are English.Apart from that its a nice place for garden lovers
