Dunkin Donuts in Medway

Always a line an 20 minute wait

A standard Dunkin, it is clean and the drive through is efficient. The employees are understandable. if you are going to a Dunkin, might as well be this one. (They are currently understaffed like everything else)

I used to go to this location years ago then moved out of town and recently came back thinking it would be the same. The quality is much much worse now. I ordered a hot coffee that was served to me lukewarm even with a stopper in the lid. Also I ordered a sandwich extra toasted and the bagel was still cold it looked like it hadn’t even been in the toaster for more than 10 seconds. This was just what was wrong with today’s order but I’ve been ordering there for about 4 weeks and never been satisfied. Really unfortunate since the location was convenient now I’ll have to go across town.

Went here cause main st was closed due to sanitary reasons.. so i decided to go here.. they ended up giving me a hot instead of iced for the coffee I wanted so when they gave me the iced coffee i ordered it looked as if someone took a decent amount of sips out of it. And service was slower then someone with below 70 iq. Also the wraps were cold.

I feel silly saying this but some Dunkins make it right and some don't... and this Dunkins always makes my coffee the way I like it... good for me bad for my bank account. The new cold brew is really good.

This particular Dunkin’ Donuts is extremely rude, full of turnover workers who just don’t want to be there and it shows. They will blatantly talk trash about you hiding under the guys of “they can’t hear us through the drive thru window.” They religiously and royally mess up my order. It’s like they don’t even try. Maybe higher up needs to step in to teach some customer service. I wouldn’t go here if I were you.

My favorite Dunkin location is this one in Medway, MA. The staff is always pleasant and very courteous. They go out of their way to make sure your totally happy with Dunkin Donuts. I visit this dunkies on a close to daily basis. I love it. Everyone is friendly, smiling and happy to help you!

I live in Milford. A town that has no less than four D&Ds. But I always go out of my way to Medway for the best service and always consistently great coffee. They always get it right and the staff is top notch and super nice!

12/7. This location used to be great, but as of recently the staff have changed, simple coffee orders turn complex, they run out of croissants/tea bags/donuts. Pic attached is supposed to be a large hot regular, but clearly didn’t put cream or sugar in it along with other coffees. Complaint sent to HQ

Okay, so I don’t know why anyone on here is giving such a bad review. Probably just upset because a teenager new on the job accidentally messed up their coffee order while they were already running 10 minutes late to their job... but ANYWAYS. I wanted to come on here to express my appreciation for this location. I come here almost every morning on my way to work, if not the Holliston location. The staff here is always very friendly and they give prompt service. It’s always a good start to my day. However - It does take a little while sometimes, granted the line often stretches around the parking lot and into the street, often times. But, it’s just a prime location on the way to the highway and onto other main roads.This location always provides great tasting coffee and it’s CONSISTENT. Some other Dunkin’s I’ve gone to has the same drinks tasting different each time. On top of this, they have only ever messed up my order twice out of all the times I’ve been there. (One they accidentally gave me the wrong cup and another was a simple miscommunication). In both of these situations, I either called the store or told the directly and they handled it promptly. Great service. Great staff. VERY grateful for these people waking up so early to make my coffee!!
