Frankie & Benny's - Rochester in Medway

The food was great quality and good for value.Staff were friendly and very attentive.Unfortunately they ran out of some cocktail ingredients by 6pm so the experience could have been better. I'm sure that was a one off, but nevertheless I have to rate my experience.Overall I recommend it.

Lovely service and disabled friendly. We took our two grandchildren 2 and 1 years and the menu was fantastic.

Nice food, big menu but not overwhelming. Not exactly an Italian restaurant, but hey they are Italo American after all.We had 2 burgers, the mac and cheese and the halloumi. They were good, average quality, good to have a quick bite before the cinema.

Amazing service from Jamie T! She was lovely and attentive from start to finish, extremely patient although there was a lot of us! She is an asset to your team and because of her we will 100% be returning!!!The food and drinks were delicious and served quick and hot!

I've been to the one in rochester a few times and always been good. Today however wasn't. Ordered food and when arrived it was cold! Couldn't get anyones attention to change it either, even though it wasn't that busy. Ended up eating what we could. Ordered a hot chocolate without cream but turned up with it so just took it off but then could drink it anyway as it wasn't very nice tasted like way too much power in it. So spent £21 on a meal i didn't enjoy, waitress didn't seem worried either by it so be a while before I go back there again

I had a prawn pasta dish and there were herbs in the dish and cream apparently, the dish was flavourless and bland. The server was nice but seemed like quite a while getting two cokes and getting this to the table when the restaurant was very quiet. I would never return

There was food left on the floors under tables and in walk ways where people had to walk. The staff just continued to walk past the food on the floor and no one bothered to sweep in up. Health and Safety in the work place.

Totally enjoyed the meal. Baby loved it top. Good night out

It had great service, pleasant staff and plus amazing tastes of America and Italy. I enjoyed their burger plus I also enjoyed their brownie as well and it tasted so luscious. It was like nothing I have ever tasted before. This is one reason why I would want to go to Rochester again

Not a bad little place with a good selection of vegan food to choose from! Friendly staff and all kept in guidance with covid rules. Only complaint would be that it felt we got forgotten towards the end when was waiting for the bill, but could just be due to it being busy and newly open again after lockdown.
